America Ferrera @ SAG Awards 2008
America Ferrera sticks with her fave red carpet dress designer, Monique Lhuillier, in a charcoal gray lace gown with a jeweled shoulder at the 2008 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday in Los Angeles.
The Ugly Betty lead wore matching “Macy dyed gray” Jimmy Choo heels.

Not one bit Ugly!
She looks really pretty
third
I really like America’s dress, especially the color , it makes her look very elegant.. she looks very beautiful in this dress, (ps, I think i have seen another version of this dress on the red carpet before) I noticed she has lost some weight, I really hope she is not gonna become obsessed with being skinny like everyone eles in hw.. it is really nice to see a normal sized girl on the red carpet once in a while~
Very pretty!
Beautiful! One of my top three best dressed.
she looks beautiful… the dress is great…
she has lost some weight
looking good
She looks beautiful, but I’m not too fond of the color of the dress.
I’m not too fond of the color, but other than that she looks great!

Monique Lhuillier’s dress is awesome…no wonder America’s always wearing her design..she always look good in Monique’s dress…
The dress is a bit odd, yet I like it.
She’s beautiful and I always think she looks so nice at award shows. I love her taste.
sellout
Now what made her unique is gone. she looks like every actress in hollywood pretty soon she will asimilate into the horde.
Sorry america..but you lost me now.
She is loosing weight and that is not good. It was so good to finally see a curvy girl and then she succumbs to peer pressure. I hope she knows that being skinny makes her one of the hundreds of struggling starlets and curves makes her special and good for certain kind of roles.
Beautiful dress! The color is ok, but I’d like to see it in cream or maybe gold. I think America looks good at this size, hopefully here is where she stops w/the weight loss. She still has curves, but now she looks healthy.
look people, she is not some anorexic actress! she lost weight and she is in good shape now. she looks healthy and great. please don’t knock her for losing weight. being overweight is unhealthy. please put down the ice cream you are eating and just be happy for her.
She is a gorgeous girl. Still Unique. Still beautiful and very talented
She is really beautiful, love the dress.
I hope she continues to lose weight. She looks better thinner.
She wasn’t curvy before, she was overweight. I hate how those two words are being to be used synonymously. They aren’t the same thing. As she trims down you can see her curves and how pretty her face can be.
No, I don’t think she should get Nicole Richie skinny, but she definitely looks and probably feels better with the extra weight gone.
The dress is pretty, but I don’t like the color. America looks beautiful.
Hate this troll.
she looks good but definitely older. i like the design of the dress but it would have looked nicer maybe in red or something.
i LOVE her and i LOVE her dress..i think she looks very elegant and classy in it!!! and her face is radiant..her smile is beautiful..and i dont think this is all about losing weight..she’s a beautiful healthy girl.. who cares how much has lost..
the 4th and the 8th pic are beautiful!!!
America looks GORGEOUS in these pictures, seriously beautiful. The dress is unusual but elegant, and combined with the make-up and hair, she just looks stunning! It’s got a very “classic Hollywood” feel to it.
And jeez, some people just can’t be pleased can they? So she lost a few pounds, big effin’ deal. She still has curves and she still looks more “real” than alot of stick-thin celebrities in Hollywood today. Get over it.
