the dress is a little unusual but also pretty. it’s the most interesting-looking hanbok i’ve seen

she looks like a big present… don’t these people have fashion consultants… and even if the do and they choose this… don’t they have some kind of sense of taste that sais…” hey, I”m going to look like a gigantic present”

OK, people, can you read? It’s based on a traditional Korean dress called a HANBOK. It would not look like a HANBOK without the bow. Broaden your horizons just a bit, wouldja? Sheesh.

I like the hanbok idea, but with a face like that she should really stick to something more common.

i love the dress on her. but more than that, i think i love more her reason (or what i think her reason is) for wearing it. in fact, donning that dress is another classic sandra ohf or you - always making a statement, be it in her sense of fashion, in what she stands for, even on who she really is. i say this because you see in korea, traditional dress and national dress is one and same. the hanbok being one, wearing it develops a highly expression of korean identity. i remember what sandra oh said when she asked in an interview what she thinks of korea. she said it’s a mystery to her that she would love to someday explore. and she said that a long time ago. and she wasn’t lying. because here there she was, proudly wearing and embracing an undeniable part of her, and looking rather exquisite in it. i think hers is the kind of beauty that is so underrated and underappreciated, which ironically makes her all the more a stand-out.

I like the dress, the bow might be a little big but i think it suits her, and I love her hair. She’s such a great actress

I would like to know where you get this sort of information from…because when you look at miss universe pageants and whatnot, korea is usually praised for their traditional dress. stop being so ignorant.

Yes Korea is praised by Koreans because they are so insecure. By the way, when was the last time Oh was in Korea? Oh that’s right, NEVER!

she is so wonderful but that dress is nasty , its a shame…She is one of the best if not the best actress in the world! I LOVE GREYS ANATOMY!!
