Zac Efron @ 2008 SAG Awards

I can imagine like you Karen that Zac and Vanessa do say ‘ I love you’ to each other but seeings that these two are very private people to say that statement while on a red carpet event or anyother come to that just would’nt happen and neither should anyone expect them to make such a private thing public.

To me they say it in the way they look at each other, the way Zac holds Vanessa close to him and the way they look at each other when each is talking as the saying goes ‘actions speak louder than words’ and the love,support and pride they show to each other speaks volumes.

At the moment I’m listehing to a Dr Hook song and the one line is ‘The flame never dies when I look in your eyes’ at this moment in time that say’s it all with Zac and Vanessa I think, now how long that flame and commitment they have to on another goes on for only time will tell and how much they want it.

Yea you just know that once there not in the same country the rumours will start Zac did this with another girl, kissed another girl, looked at another girl the rumours will be endless and constant, but they have been apart before and no doubt they will get a day off from filming and who’s not to say that they won’t get together we might not see it but that’s not to say it won’t happen. And Vanessa said she know’s what’s true and what’s faulse, and if they have’nt got trust in each other then I doubt it would have lasted this long in their buisness after all seperation is part of the job and trusting your boyfriend/girlfriend to go to another country and not fool around takes a lot of beleive and trust that get’s built up over time, they have proved to each other which is the two people that they need to that they can do that.

No one know’s what life is going to throw at you and relactionship’s are no different weather in the public eye or not but if you work things through together and come out smiling and still together then your not doing to bad.

I loved how when Zac called it ‘date night’ and that Vanessa came with him how his face lit up he looked really happy saying it.

Good luck to them as they go into their adult live’s having learnt how to handle a mature relactionship from a young age and doing better at it then some adults do.

Great comments from both of you. Always enjoy reading reasoned well thought out comments.
I have said it before but it bears repeating. If only others on these posts would take the time to read such material, than supporters might not have to spend as much time as they do shooting down all the false reports, speculation etc. etc. etc. There is more to life than the Star and Enquirer and other rags of that nature. Unfortunately there seems to be a growing population that consider these to be the authorities on the subject matter and therefore their minds are closed.
As for the rags, I understand their approach but don’t condone it. When you’re dealing with one of the hottest couples in the business you’ll do anything to make sure you attract readers. It’s all about the headlines. Sad but true.

has anybody seen now magazine? they are saying that zac brought vanessa a heart shaped ring to prove his comintment. (spelled wrong) sorry.

Don’t mean to burst anyone’s bubble here but if you go to the website and read the little article any of you who have followed Zac and Vanessa for the past 6 months or longer will know—I hope—that this sounds like one of many rehash stories. Just like two weeks ago the pictures that were on her under the Zanessa Weekend Romp thread were used in 4 different stories! One was that is was Zac’s parents house and the item was wondering why he didn’t have a key. One news source tried to pass off a story that Zac had come to get Vanessa for a date and she was making him wait for her and one story is how they are having trouble and Zac wants to be single. Then here on JJ we have the story that Zac was visiting a friend. The ring story sounds like the same kind of thing. It make it seem like they are just now coming out about their relationship and he wants to get her something to show how committed he is to the relationship, etc. But it seems to me they are going around the bush just to talk about the ring she already has.

I’ve noticed somethiing over the past 24 hours on this thread we have two different tabloid stories mentioned: One is reporting that Zac has been grumbling that he wishes he were “single” but is afraid of the “repercussions of breaking up..” The other tabloid is reporting that Zac has just bought Vanessa a diamond ring.

Which is it? He’s either complaining that he wants to see other people or he’s buying Vanessa jewelry. They can’t both be true. So my gut instinct is to dismiss them both.
