Eva Longoria Parker keeps under wraps, staying warm with a fur coat and sporting an alligator-skin bag prior to her appearance on Good Morning America in NYC on Thursday. Peta, sic her!

Eva, 32, donated the entire fee from the commercial’s filming to her non-profit foundation, Eva’s Heroes.
“As a native Texan, I grew up with H-E-B and still look forward to shopping there when I come home,” said Eva. “H-E-B is a great company that does fantastic things in our community and I’m proud to work with them and support a cause that is dear to my heart.”

Stop wearing fur!
Many fur producing farms keep innocent animals in cages barely big enough for them to move.
Then they are killed in a way that “doesn’t harm the fur” which are sometimes very much like torture. How can she support something like this?
Many good quality synthetics (which she can probably afford) are made to look just like real fur.
Plus, these days there is really no need to wear fur, as there is heating everywhere we go, it is purely for fashion. What do you think…is killing animals just to wear their fur fashionable to you? I didn’t think so.

fur is so 20 years ago. we live in a post-PETA world where environmental consciousness reigns and wearing animals is seen as flagrant disregard for animal rights. personally I think that meat-eaters are just as bad, i mean animals are dying one way or another, for people to eat or for people to wear. There are a million other choices in fashion- it’s not like there isn’t loads of couture out there for Eva to choose from, just like there are a million things out there to eat and get nutrition from without killing living creatures. jmo!

And for those of you saying animals shouldn’t be eaten either: GMAFB! Don’t you know that cave mens’ brains grew larger because they started eating meat?? Meat has certain nutrients that are hard to get from vegetables. It’s HEALTHY. Some animals (ie cows, chickens, lambs) were meant to be eaten. Period.
