Jessica Simpson & Dolly Parton Duet in the Works
Jessica Simpson steps out of her NYC hotel with her pet pooch Daisy on Thursday morning.
The 27-year-old actress/singer is soon meeting with the Queen of Country Dolly Parton to discuss working on a duet together for Jessica’s new country album, reports FoxNews.com.
Jessica also revealed she’s working with writer/producer John Shanks. Yes, that one– over 55 million records sold; 13 #1 singles; 45 top 5 singles; 21 #1 albums; 63 top 10 albums; 6 time Grammy nominee and Grammy Producer of the Year!

Everything about this chick is phony and set up. The Simpsons or running out. They thought they had John Mayer for sure thats why her dad put her on his tour bus to do what he please to her. They were so shock when that did not pan out. Thats why she went into hiding.
Now her dad found her another man and now she is in love with this-gee she will fall in love with anything her dad brings home. That sure don’t say much about Roma who allows himself to be used.
They think they got Tony Roma for sure now here she comes again.
She has no talent thats why they thinks she need a man to put out a album. I still am NOT going to buy her garbage. Her fake PR people can put up all the phony post they want you can’t trick people like that.

Those horrible notes she hit when she was at that club proved what she was all about. This album will be faked up. She is too stupid to have shame. This is a slap in the face to country music. I guess country music is so easy anybody can do it and you don’t need any talent.
With regards to what Dolly is doing currently…she has a new country single and video (the video includes Amy Sedaris), titled “Better Get to Livin”, she has a new country album coming out February 26, titled Backwoods Barbie, she is launching a world tour this month, she has a new official music website and a new MySpace page. She is busier than ever.
Come on! Now she is doing this, because her dad is running out of music types to stick her in. I thought when you sang, it was about the passion for it…she is jumping from one to the other, because she is bombing in everything. She has a good voice, but a BIG mouth that looks annoying when she sings, and everyone says she has a nice body, when her ass is flatter than a pancake. And then she goes to football games and acts interested when she wasnt like that with Nick. Phoney all over! Face it Simpsons- Jessica is falling little by little–thats what happens when you are a selfish person!
In response to Mindys comment, yes Dolly Parton has done a lot lately. Not only has she just released a new cd, she’s on a world tour right now. Almost all of her concerts have been sold out. Besides that, she has just written a broadway musical (remake of 9 to 5), shes opened up the imagination library overseas, and her new music video for Jesus and Gravity has stayed in the number one spot on cmt for several weeks now. so yea, shes been busy lol
I’m not really a fan of jessica simpson, but I’m curious to hear the song that her and Dolly are doing. That’ll be interesting for sure. =)
