I just want to say that what’s happened to Brittany is very sad. At one time she had a lot of talent and potential. But let’s be honest she has thrown it way. She has in my opinion willfully and deliberately declared war on herself. She has set out on one self-destructive relationship after another. She has disowned and fought anybody who has tried to help her tooth and nail.

If you defenders want to defend the person she used to be. Fine do so. Just The Facts#692 am in total agreement with you. Just for your information Vanessa was overseas when the news came out, by then it was all over the internet, no way could she have stopped it. I suspect that she did not take legal action against the perpetrator because the person was a) a minor b) someone close to her c)since it was already out, it would have been too costly and next to impossible to remove it from every site,myspace and blog. In the Kardashian’s case they called in the FBI and managed to apprehend the person before he could sell or distribute the photos. That is the difference. So there is no comparison here.

No body’s dissing Britney, in fact our heart goes out to her. With all the money and fame she has, it just makes her more vulnerable. As Troy , Zac Fan & karen pointed out, she has no concept of what is right or wrong. All she knows is she can almost get away with doing things and there is somebody to look out for her, in this case, Sam and the paps. She does not know who really cares for & has either fired or pushed away those closest to her if they don’t follow her wishes. This is a sad and sorry state of affairs and we just hope it is not too late for salvation and that good will come out of all of this.

Both comments all true and anyone who finds fault with them is just trying to put blinders on and doesn’t want to face reality. If this girl doesn’t get help and doesn’t start listening to those who want to help her at the very least she is going to lose her career she worked so hard for and it won’t matter how much talent she may or may not have. At the worst she is going to end up dead. She has been defiant against the courts when it comes to her children which says she doesn’t care, doesn’t see any reason why she should have to obey the law, or she is unable to understand what is going on around her. Whichever one it is it shows a great big problem. She is the one who put these problems into motion and she needs to take responsibility if she is actually in control of her life. And if she is in control that her behavior is showing she is trying to manipulate everyone around her which is like saying nobody’s opionions or desires matter but hers. SO, that is what would make her a brat.

However, perhaps she feels like her life is so out of control that she is doing all these things because it is the only way she feels like she has some control. IF that is the case then it also says she needs some serious help. I’m sorry if you who are her fans think we are berating her but that is not what was said. All of us are going crazy listening to the news about her latest escapade and wondering when she is going to be Britney Spears again and what it is going take to get her back on track. But because you don’t like what was said about Britney gives you no cause to bash Vanessa—who BTW immediately took full responsibility for what happend and didn’t even try to blame anyone else for what happened even though someone did betray her.
She asked for forgiveness of those she hurt and then went back to work like a responsible person and kept her nose clean. Britney only seems bent on doing something again tomorrow that will raise eyebrows and cause people to scratch there heads. If the girl was on drugs wouldn’t you want her to get help instead of defending her in a way that seems like you are saying no matter what she does it is OK?
