Violet Affleck’s Starbucks Stop
Ben Affleck takes daughter Violet, 2, for a quick stop at Starbucks in Brentwood, Calif. on Saturday morning.
Wife Jennifer Garner reportedly has said Ben’s a bit of a couch potato: “You just can’t get Ben out anywhere. You can have a great conversation with him just so long as you’re not willing to leave the couch. [But] I’ll promise you one thing, Ben is not boring. I think you have to be prepared for anything when you’re married to someone like him because he’s such a talented guy.”

To Shammy, it is obvious you had not been following them very closely. To say Ben never leaps praise on or about Jen is so wrong. He said he thanks God every day for her and she is the reason good things happen to him. Please get your facts straight. He also said he earnestly doesn’t know what she sees in him. It is not necessary to paw and kiss in public to show love. Time will tell. For now, give them the benefit of the doubt. OK? I think they have a mutual love, respect and admiration for each other.

I’ll bet Jen is kicking herself for ever giving up Vartan. Sure, he may not be a big movie star/writer/director like Affleck but at least he really loved her and would have done anything for her. He really wanted to marry her and have a family with her, not like her husband who knocked her up and had to marry her. Silly girl sacrificed a shot at lasting happiness with a real guy who was so totally into her so she could “trade up” for the sake of her career. Her career is definitely the winner in all this: She’s obviously not happy, Affleck is obviously not happy and Vartan apparently hasn’t been happy all this time, either. Jen got the A-list guy for a husband but she must realize by now that you can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear….the guy is a deadbeat. I doubt even Vartan would take her back now.
ita observer,if jen stayed w/Vartan she wouldnt have the great carreer she does now. he doesnt know ppl like Ben does so couldnt help her get to be a bigger star and thats what she wanted more than anything. being w/Ben got her on the radar for lots of HW ppl. maybe she would have been happier if she stayed w/Vartan but she wouldnt be rich like now and be in big movies like she wanted coz he isnt into the attention stuff like Jen & Ben even tho he wanted to get married w/her and have a family. she wants to be a big movie star like her husband & vartan doesnt care about those things.
