Angelina Jolie arrives hand-in-hand with Brad Pitt at the 2008 Santa Barbara Film Festival in Santa Barbara, Calif. on Saturday.
SBIFF presented Academy Award-winner and three-time Golden Globe-winning actress, Angelina Jolie, with the Outstanding Performance Award for her critically acclaimed performance in A Mighty Heart at the Arlington Theater.

When Jolie came back in the green room with award in hand, Pitt told her he was really entertained watching her on stage. But when someone suggested that maybe he should sit for a tribute of his someday, he quickly changed the subject.

The green room is the stage (theatre) name for a room behind the stage where one waits to go on stage or meets before going on stage.
According to the moderator of the evening, Brad told Angie he enjoyed seeing and listening to her responses and interactions up on stage. Brad’s other response was that he did not want such a tribute for himself, he didn’t want to discuss it, this was Angie’s nite and he was proud of her, it was not about him.

Brad was presented with the possibility of a career retrospective like Angelina or Inside the Actors Studio; he seemed weirded out by the concept of being the subject of a tribute/retrospective.
His feelings make sense; he was very embarassed when Oprah showed clips from Another World and that Pringles commercial.

Hey, I became a Brad fan when I watched the ‘Legends’ but then he married ‘you know who’ and in all honesty I wasn’t interested in following celebs, I was too busy with kids and work. But when he married the X I lost all interest and never paid any attention. Until GG 2003, just by coincidence I had the TV on and when I saw the ding-dongs speech I knew their marriage was over!

I remember watching that award show. When she failed to acknowlege her husband, who happens to be Brad Pitt and he is sitting at your TV show table, I knew then the marriage was not all it should have been. How can you not thank your spouse unless you don’t see him as being a significant part of your success. Perhaps her head was a bit too big. Or perhaps her marriage was not as important to her as her career. So it always seemed a little off-putting to me when she seemed to welcome all the pity party attention. Not to mention she was promoting her new movies on the back of her divorce.

Angelina Steps Out in Loose-Fitting Clothes - Again

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie wowed the crowd at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival this weekend, where Angie received the “Performance of the Year” award for “A Mighty Heart.”
Looking every bit the Hollywood supercouple, Angelina hid her famous figure behind a black blouse and loose-fitting, floor-length skirt.
But while she wasn’t talking about the hotly-rumored baby bump, the mom-of-four definitely had babies on the brain.
“We woke up with someone peeing in the bed and that makes all this very normal,” Angie joked with The Associated Press. “It makes it all very secondary to what’s important.”
Angelina received her big award from Clint Eastwood, who’s directing her upcoming drama, “The Changeling.”
“I think he’s just a genuinely great guy,” she said. “He’s nice to everybody on set.”
The same words can be said about her man, Brad. Angelina credits her private life with Pitt for balancing the craziness of fame.
“I think it’s the only way to juggle it,” she added.
But Angie’s thoughts were also on another man - her and Brad’s good buddy, George Clooney, and his new role as a United Nations Messenger of Peace.
“I think he’s such a great guy, so I’m curious to see what he’s going to do,” she said. “He’s truly committed and I think it’s wonderful.”

Extras did ask her if she was pregnant but that was last year. And she said no. Again that was then, this is now.
she was seen talking about the kids peeing in their bed. Many issues with those kids who have no real home life. She was also quoted saying she doesnt know a thing about turning a computre on but then on the red carpet said she gets online to get her info … she cannot keep the lies straight. Btw that dress is awful and if you ppl say diff not only are you followers without a brain but you are liars just like her
