OlderEllen Pompeo is Pleasant @ Y-3
Ellen Pompeo gets sandwiched between music exec husband Chris Ivery and supermodel Helena Christensen while sitting front row at the Y-3 Fall 2008 fashion show at Pier 40 during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2008 on Sunday in New York City.
Photographers went crazy trying to snap pictures of the trio but Pompeo handled the attention gracefully as always. NY Magazine reports, “Though we have never heard particularly favorable whispers about her temperament, we have to give credit where credit is due: In this situation, where b—-iness would not only be understood but probably justified, Pompeo remained downright pleasant and even gave a huge smile and greeting to the PR person frantically trying to find her a seat.”
If you didn’t know, Y-3 is iconic Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto’s collaboration with Adidas sportswear.

She and Helena are so cute!!! Gah i love her and i cant wait for her to come back on greys, she’s the only thing that makes that show bearable at this point….hopefully she can get a new hot love interest, they would be steaming with her :)

This Pompeo chick is the perfect example of why I hate hollywood more and more everyday. This is a woman who barely made a living before her stupid medical soap opera and she’s already representing herself as thiss all-important celebrity. It digusts me. She keeps cropping up at fashion shows and wearing expensive designer clothes and her character on the show is notorious for being “annoying”. She’s not even recognized for any acting ability and she’s all over the celebritiy circuit and it angers me.
Remmebr teh good old days? When you had to actually EARN celebrity status in some way. Now, all you have to do is be a blip on the hollywood radar and you’re golden! I blame the media too but I’m so sick of it. She’s not the only one but I chose to take it out on her today! Haha.

My point exactly. I think her show is garbage either way but she’s a major factor in why it sucks so bad. Ewww. I’m almost passionately against this show being on the air. I almost want to campaign to get rid of it. It’s poison.
