OlderAngelina Jolie in Iraq (Not Jordan)
Angelina Jolie is serving in Iraq, not Jordan as previously reported.
As goodwill ambassador for the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees, the 32-year-old do-gooder was on a mission to highlight the plight of Iraqi refugees in Baghdad on Thursday.
Jolie is promoting action to help the two million people displaced by Iraq’s war.
“There’s lots of goodwill and lots of discussion, but there seems to be just a lot of talk at the moment,” Jolie told CNN in an exclusive interview. “What happens in Iraq and how Iraq settles in the years to come is going to affect the entire Middle East. And a big part of what it’s going to affect, how it settles, is how these people are returned and settled into their homes and their community and brought back together and whether they can live together and what their communities look like.”
Angie was also seen boosting the spirits of American troops, dropping by their dining facility for lunch in the heavily guarded Green Zone, which houses the embassy and Iraqi government offices in central Baghdad.

It was a nice video,thanks Angie for this visit from troops.tell them we missed them here.and that was sweet that she was talking about their upcoming trip to Texas with one of troop.the guy told she will like austin.I just freaking love this woman.keep the good cause come Angie!

The UNHCR has said that EVERY TIME Angie acts on their behalf, their donations INCREASE!!
The UN and all its agencies can only SURVIVE when member nations and citizens of these nations DONATE MONEY to the organization. That’s how it manages to keep doing its work.
If the UN fails, YOUR A S S gets fcuked because guess what, global instability would INCREASE, and nations which otherwise only had their own national crises to deal with, would suddenly find themselves having to deal with refugees on their shores, burdening their infrastructure etc.
As Angie said, its in ALL our self-interest that we do our part in helping the helpless. To do otherwise, is to be roundly fcuked in the long run.

Brad Pitt has blasted a U.S. publication for publishing a “dangerous” story about a bogus death threat he and partner Angelina Jolie have received. The angry movie star has called the report, which suggested his daughter Shiloh has become the target of a sick pest, “reckless”.
In an article running in the current issue of weekly publication Life & Style, reporters claim Jolie and Pitt have increased security after discovering a chilling note targeting their biological daughter.
Sources claim, “Someone got to their doorstep and left a threat against Shiloh.” However Pitt insists the story is completely made up. He says, “This is absolutely not true and reckless and dangerous to put these ideas out into the world.”

Anyone who read how Iraq’s constitution was drafted and accepted knows that to declare “this is what did/should/ought to happen” is insane. The security problem in Iraq is above and beyond the means of UN, let alone of HCR. UN does not rule Iraq, UN has no governance in Iraq. So, stop tailoring Ms. Jolie’s “goodwill ambassador” role into your own agenda.
Since your post insists on an announcement of “this is what happened”, perhaps an elaboration on what exactly “this is” would give some credibility to your claims.
