OlderAngelina Jolie Mingles With the Troops
Angelina Jolie waves and smiles during a visit to a US military base in the heavily guarded Green Zone in central Baghdad, where she visited the canteen for lunch and mingled with troops.
Angie was in the Iraqi capital on Thursday, in her role as a United Nations good will ambassador, on a mission to highlight the plight of Iraqi refugees.

And if you missed the CNN interview, Angie was almost asked about her pregnancy:
CNN: There are reports out of Hollywood that… (laughs)
Jolie: Oh don’t. Stop it. (interrupts I had to ask) Stay true to your tradition. You’re CNN. Don’t do it!
CNN: I know that’s why I have to… (laughs)
Jolie: But I don’t have to answer. OK?
CNN: No you don’t. I completely and totally … you’re right and will not press the matter.
Jolie: Thank you.

Why do haters all post at the same time period. and even agree with each other. Miranda, Mother earth, st. angina and their other names post at the same time in the moning so i would assume the names all live in the east coast. All wolves in sheep clothing. This “hobby” of hers has almost 8 years. In this 8 years Angelina has given her time, dedication and money to help and save many people around the world.
I’m sure that all this people Angelina helped are very gratefull for her “hobby”.
Hopefully she will be able to keep this “hobby” of hers for the rest of her live and help even more people.

She’s awesome. She’s beautiful regardless, but especially so when pregnant. There’s a contentment and glow that she has now. It’s really nice to see. It’s reminiscent of her first pregnancy with Shi. Love the way she interacts with the others while dining. It reflects a generosity of spirit. Most people would be annoyed by it, but she gets it and responds with openness and kindness.

If you think she needs to get another “hobby” something she has done as a “hobby” for 6 almost 7 years and when she started the level of media attention was not this high then all the UN Ambassadors should all quit and stay home. She is not doing anything different then the others.
All the other entertainers that visit the troops should stay home too since they are all only doing it for media attention.
Everyone has already enumerated the reasons for the UN ambassadors who are well-known people prior to being appointed but you don’t want to read it. you just want to spout vile investives against a person who happens to be an actress.
We all know it is not about why Ms. Jolie does what she does for you miserable excuses for so-called human beings. It’s all about your own lack of self and lack of compassion for anything or anyone outside your own limited world view.

I agree about this thread “turning me off” when people start calling one another names and becoming vulgar. We all know we can express our opinions without those epitaphs. Would you be proud of Angie and Brad if they responded to interviewers in this fashion? No! We should elevate ourselves to the level of the people we admire. We don’t need to go to the gutter. I know youre too stupid to understand this but here goes: volunteerism is the BEDROCk on which all civilized societies are built. If people waited on “government officials” to do all that needs to be done for the less fortunate in EVERY SOCIETY, the needy would all die.
I know the thought of people dying sets your rockers off, but a highly evolved, civilized woman like Angelina, doesnt allow national borders to deter her from caring about other people and doing what she can with the tremendous goodwill that she has IN HER POWER.
