OlderAngelina Jolie Mingles With the Troops
Angelina Jolie waves and smiles during a visit to a US military base in the heavily guarded Green Zone in central Baghdad, where she visited the canteen for lunch and mingled with troops.
Angie was in the Iraqi capital on Thursday, in her role as a United Nations good will ambassador, on a mission to highlight the plight of Iraqi refugees.

And if you missed the CNN interview, Angie was almost asked about her pregnancy:
CNN: There are reports out of Hollywood that… (laughs)
Jolie: Oh don’t. Stop it. (interrupts I had to ask) Stay true to your tradition. You’re CNN. Don’t do it!
CNN: I know that’s why I have to… (laughs)
Jolie: But I don’t have to answer. OK?
CNN: No you don’t. I completely and totally … you’re right and will not press the matter.
Jolie: Thank you.

Wow listen to yourselves. So angry. About what? Empty vessels needing to be filled with the life of someone who is truly living. Full of anger and venom. Thinking someone is ‘out to get you.’ You could not be more wrong and more misguided.

o.m.g! I can’t believe she’s pregnant with Twins and that dude totally outed her pregnancy. maybe they didn’t want to announce the pregnancy yet because she knew she would catch some heat for going to Iraq when she’s Pregnant. oh lordy!

Cliniqua, if you go and look at GC’s, sorry AG, you will see comments that are praising him on his efforts and bravery. Hell the man came home and when asked didn’t know a d*mn thing. That is the difference between Angie and the others. Angie has taken the time, 7 years, to educate herself and learn the laws, the rules, the procedures, the players, the countries involved, the politics, the sensibilities of the people, and her own limitations. She is sensitive to how things work and how you represent yourself. This not ego tripping.
The interviewer was intimidated by Angie and want to make a name for herself by getting a scoop. She thought she would put Angie on the spot and Angie would yield and give her what she wanted. No. Angie doesn’t yield unless she wants to.
Why is there so much bickering among the fans today? Just asking a simple question people.
I don’t own the word. But when I first started ending my post with the word peace I was the only one doing it. Now there are others who do it also. My reason for doing so was as a Muslim woman we greet each other with words wishing each other peace. And instead of say goodbye, we wish each other peace. It is gratifying to see so many peace wishers here on the thread. Today the word doesn’t seem to be having an affect on the thread. But here’s still wishing. Peace

They were discussing Politics, economy, writers strike, etc. Neal Cavuto did ask him if his movie with Angelina Jolie was in the can when discussing the writer strike. Later when discussing why he has no desires to be an mayor again he brings up that he enjoys his life as it is and that he gets to do projects he believes in.

I am going to take a leap here and assume your criticisms of her actions are from your own personal experiences with refugees, going overseas or working for a UNHCR or as an international actress yourself who is hunted and photographed wherever you go. Or is it your jealousy that is eating you up inside?
You do realize she was already famous before she adopted Maddox. How exactly is she using her “goodwill work as a means for “media notoriety?” She was already famous. She is an actress.
She is hardly ever home to see the kids. Of course with you personally living with her you would know this first hand.
“It’s not as if the military is going to help her.” What are you saying you twit? The US State Department invited her. She didn’t call them. They called her.

#213: It’s because people have signed on under different names and won’t stick to one that has generated all the confusion. If you’re a fan or a troll, use the same moniker so people will know who is and who isn’t.
Don’t know what they’re afraid of…it’s not as if somebody can throw something at you and give you concussion if you say something they don’t like or don’t agree with. Even behind the screens, some people still can’t be honest.
