I agree with you, but only to a certain extent. I’m not the type of girl to overanalyze and read too much into things. I’m also not the overly jealous type either. I just think that when you make statements like that you should choose your wording better so that it doesn’t apply to everybody. You’re putting a stereotype on the entire female species. Just because some are like that, doesn’t mean all are.

About the video clip…..Yeah, the video clip is too chopped to know anything for sure. He did say gf but you can’t tell whether it’s current or a former. He could have meant either. And, he doesn’t ever say it’s Rachel. That video clip isn’t a good source for any information.

The video was very much chopped and he didn’t say he was dating Rachel. It’s very possible he does have a girlfriend other than Rachel and maybe, he just likes to keep his private life private. It’s none of our business. I think it would be nice to give him space and jump( no pun intended) to such conclusions.

I think they are a couple, but I don’t think it will last long at all. For one I don’t feel that they have anything in common. Hayden is this eloquent and intelligent guy, you can tell from his interviews. Then you have this valley girlish type of woman, who really has nothing interesting to say. it reminds me of that reality show beauty and the Geek. I learned more about her shoes in one interview, than anything else. I’m sure she’s probably fun to be around, but what could they possibly discuss with each other?

Another thing is the body language/chemistry thing. Which is the main reason why you have people still questioning it. THAT is not the body language of a couple in love or who are into each other. their body language toward one another is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen, especially from him. There is no passion or adoration in his eyes when he’s with her. Most of the time he looks unhappy. Most of Hayden’s fans know what the man looks like when he’s into a girl. It’s something he absolutely cannot hide. It’s written all over his face and in his body language. I’m sorry but when he’s with her that is not it…at all. I don’t know what the hell that is. Also, it always seems as if she’s more into him than the other way around.

The third thing is the issue with her loving the attention. Alot of people have had this debate. Some think she is a pap tipper and others don’t think she is at all. Pictures of her and Hayden and pictures of her by herself..an overwhemingly majority of them are taken by the same two agencies. One moreso that the other. Is this a coincidence? I don’t think so. I’ve always thought this, If you don’t want to be seen then you’re not seen. I’ve always said this about her as well as others. People just brushed it off and blamedd it on her being in demand or whatever. She’s not an A list superstar, she’s photographed more than A list superstars that live in Los Angeles.

Then I read an interview that Hayden did with the Washington Post for Jumper promotion last month and he said something that just drove my point about not being seen home. Here’s a snippet of the interview and his direct quote:

Christensen says he doesn’t spend much time in Los Angeles. We learn that he, too, has a theory — on celebrity.

“I think that people’s exposure is in your realm of control. It’s largely just a function of your choices, and if you don’t want to be seen, they don’t see you.”

For those reasons I just don’t think they will last very much longer. I think that because he has spent so much time with her doing Jumper, he has developed a certain comfort level with her. Sure she might be a very nice girl. But when you have a seemingly lack of passion, someone who doesn’t share the same views as you when it comes to privacy and when your priorities just don’t seem to match up. How long can you really last? Seriously?

Ummm yeah they won’t last much longer CAUSE THEY WERE NEVER TOGETHER! PR is just PR. It’s not necessarily the truth.

If anything I agree with Mothernature..and Katie they hit that zone where they can be BF because they have to play this 2 more times at least. or they can do an indiana Jones and change the woman out and then bring her back later..who knows what the script writers will do..but any more movies will be on hold till strike is done. if it isn’t already..but, I still say no to romance and I don’t feel they have been dating only carring on as for the press to get the impression they are..Until Hayden says “I DO” He is still a single man. And that I don’t think will happen for a long long time I think he said he wants to be in his mid 30’s before he takes that endeavor on.

Jumper was filmed in Toronto too and Hayden probably took her out to eat @ a place he knows b/c he lives there and knows the city durning their filming break lunch or dinner. Whatever! well, that doesn’t necessarily mean anything. When you’re doing a movie with someone and they ask if that person was a good kisser, the actor’s always respond like that.

So that doesn’t necessarily prove that those of us who think they are a couple are right. And it doesn’t prove that those who don’t think they’re a couple are wrong.

Thats all because of the media that there’s all this speculation of a relationship with Rachel. The media will always be doing this with any new film coming out with popular actors. I highly doubt he really enjoys that kind of attention at all. In fact I’m sure he doesn’t.
