Jennifer Aniston shoots more scenes for her upcoming drama, Traveling, which is still shooting in Vancouver, BC.
On hand was Aniston’s love interest in the movie, costar Aaron Eckhart. Aniston, 38, and Eckhart, 39, seemed to have great chemistry on and off the set–laughing and joking in-between takes.
Synopsis: A romantic drama about a widower (Eckhart) whose book about coping with loss turns him into a best-selling self-help guru. On a business trip to Seattle, he falls for a woman (Aniston) who attends one of his seminars, only to learn that he hasn’t yet truly confronted his wife’s passing.

When she gave $2300 to Obama, the press reported it. Had she written a big check to Katrina or to Saint Jude, the organization would have announced it.

1) The money from Shi’s pic went into THE JOLIE PITT FOUNDATION.
2) If the money goes into any foundation, no one can take a tax deduction. Because the money belongs to the foundation.
3) The foundation is a non profit entity which is required to file an annual tax return with the IRS. The reporting requirement is very much similar to a corporation, except the forms are different.
4) You should do some study and learn about what a foundation is before you start barking at the Jolie Pitt family.
5) I dont know how much Jennifer Aniston has donated, BECAUSE I’ve NEVER seen any announcement of her donation. The fact that her political donation to Obama was announced means she doesnt donate quietly. Therefore, I’m inclined to agree with the poster “diti” that Jen is CHEAP !!!!

1) If the money goes directly from magazine to the foundation, there is NO deduction from the taxpayers. Go ask the CPA.
2) Going directly to the foundation is the SMARTEST way. Any CPA would advise this.
3) A bad “tax” action would be to receive the money, turn around and give to the foundation, and take a tax deduction. Because the taxpayer would have to report it as income, then take a deduction. The maximum tax bracket for Federal is 35% and 11% for California, making a total of approximately 45%, meaning tax savings is only 45 %. No CPA would advise this move.

Brad and Angie give the name of the organisation to whom the money should be transferred and the magazine send the money directly to this fundation bank account. That’s how it works !

Err, I have nothing against Jennifer, in fact she’s one of my favorite actresses. She’s a working actress, she made her money from Friends and from her movies, box office successes or not. At least she worked for it unlike someone like Paris Hilton whose claim to fame is because she comes from money, made some sex tape, and spreads STDs in Hollywood.
