OlderZac Efron Suits Up in Basketball Unform
Zac Efron sat down with Access Hollywood to chat about his upcoming film Seventeen, about an adult (Matthew Perry) who suddenly becomes a 17-year-old high school student (Zac). Here are some interview snippets:
On how close he was to not doing High School Musical 3: Oh gosh. No, seriously I am not going to be the guy who takes High School Musical away from all the fans. We owe everyone too much. High School Musical is a project I hold very close to my heart and I am going to complete the franchise.
On why he chose to star in Seventeen: It would have been really easy to go and play a kid. I could’ve done that in any movie. But playing a 37-year-old guy who is a kid is a little bit more interesting. It’s great when you have personal experience playing a character. For instance, High School Musical. It was pretty easy. I was playing a high school kid in his first love. Everyone has been there – I had just been there.”
On why he doesn’t talk about his personal life: “I think specifically relationships, it’s sacred ground. That’s something that needs to be between two people. Everyone else can get their noses out.”

I’m sure Zac and Vanessa are fine,they were together the weekend before V left for Texas and looked perfectly happy.

I love the ’sacred’ comment from Zac becuase after all he’s right what goes on between two people when their in a relactionship weather it be good or bad is ’scared’ and betwen them two people and other people should keep their noses out.
How any couple deals with any aspect of the relactionship good or bad should be sorted out between those two people.
Like after the picture’s leaked Zac could quite easily dumped Vanessa and gone mouthing off to the press and spilled all about their love life but he did’nt, they as a couple and out of the public eye sorted it out between the two of them and how it would effect their relactionship. To me that showed us to how much Vanessa means to him and how again he wanted to ptotect her.
Zac isdefiently a 20 year old young man who know’s how to treat people with respect and has a very level head on his shoulder’s and a maturity well beyond his years. Don’t get me wrong he’s not perfect nobody is but his attitude and the way he leads his life is certainly a credit to him and I hope he never changes.

i just have to comment on everyone’s opinion of the jessica alba quote. unfortunately believe she did say it. i read the article and it doesn’t appear to be taken out of context, and elle is certainly not a rag tabloid. why she said, idk, she seems like a bxxxx to me! my opinion of her went straight down the toilet!
as for him referring to his hsm1 experience in the past tense, as someone said earlier, it was grammatically correct to do so, and therefore, is not an indication that he and vanessa are no longer together. what people try to read into things is beyond belief. when he says “i want to keep my private life private,” he is emphatically stating that V is his private life! Jeez!
as for migraines, i suffer as well, and as everyone has said, caffeine for some reason does help. also the prescription imatrex (sp?) is a miracle drug! ask your doctor about it!!!
