OlderZac Efron Suits Up in Basketball Unform
Zac Efron sat down with Access Hollywood to chat about his upcoming film Seventeen, about an adult (Matthew Perry) who suddenly becomes a 17-year-old high school student (Zac). Here are some interview snippets:
On how close he was to not doing High School Musical 3: Oh gosh. No, seriously I am not going to be the guy who takes High School Musical away from all the fans. We owe everyone too much. High School Musical is a project I hold very close to my heart and I am going to complete the franchise.
On why he chose to star in Seventeen: It would have been really easy to go and play a kid. I could’ve done that in any movie. But playing a 37-year-old guy who is a kid is a little bit more interesting. It’s great when you have personal experience playing a character. For instance, High School Musical. It was pretty easy. I was playing a high school kid in his first love. Everyone has been there – I had just been there.”
On why he doesn’t talk about his personal life: “I think specifically relationships, it’s sacred ground. That’s something that needs to be between two people. Everyone else can get their noses out.”

Love him or hate him, Zac Efron is one classy guy. He has manners, and treats people with respect. He is no jerk. He did not turn his back on HSM and DIsney, which launched his career. That cast had a great time making those films, and it shows. That’s why we enjoy them so much! As far as his keeping his relationships sacred, well, I can’t applaud him more on that!!! Like someone said before, it’s when people let others in to interfere, is when it fails.
So whether you like his looks or not, you can’t deny this guy has class and integrity! And it doesn’t hurt that he’s easy on the eyes!!
#197 Zac’s at the point where he easily could have walked away and there would be no “HSM3.” And there was talk that could have happened. Was the money a factor? Of course. But I believe he’s genuinely appreciative of what “HSM” has done for him and he shows it. So yeah I do think doing “HSM3″ shows unselfishness on his part.
No offense but have you had a recent head injury or anything because you seem to be hallucinating or have ganed the ability to peer into the neitherworld. Because I see no “little troll” taggling along behind Zac and his beautiful and talented girlfriend Vanessa.

I to look at zac and can see a young man who cares deeply and understands the real meaning of a relationship. i believe he and vanessa share a true love for each other and i hope it continues to grow stronger.
they are both young and their careers are demanding but they have shown to support each other in their careers and be there for each other. this has not always been easy for them but they have handled it in more of a mature fashion than most adults their senior.
i’m 56 yrs old and i’ve seen a few things in my years, though there are those older than i, and i can say i’m proud of zac and vanessa, their not perfect, their human and subject to mistakes or errors in judgment. aren’t we all?

yes malia, but the only thing about a basketball uniform is that you were it to play the game of basketball, not to got to school, or other things you do with a uniform.
