Daniel Craig’s Satsuki Break
Daniel Craig takes a break with girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell in Panama City, where Craig is shooting the latest James Bond film, Quantum of Solace.
Costar Gemma Arterton was also present.
Quantum of Solace has a tentative release date of Nov. 7 and is being directed by the great Marc Forster (The Kite Runner, Finding Neverland).

Sounds like a lot of jealous people here…Shango_Hispanico and others. Your crude comments betray who you.
Not all people are photogenic and even the most g orgeous people take a bad picture now and then. But even more important for all you young people out there who haven’t learned this yet, while attraction is important what really fires up the loins so to speak is wit and intelligence. She probably has these in spades. Not to mention loyalty is attractive as well.
This is coming from a mature happily married women of 10 years with two kids.

i dont think satsuki is all that beautiful but daniel obviously does. maybe it’s a situation where a good looking man wants a woman who is not that physically attractive. i dont know . but he is engaged to her so that has to say something
she is fugly ugly with a capital F

I agree with #56. Why on earth does he want to be seen with her? She always looks so horrible, an embarrassment. I find her annoying. There are so many pretty wonderful women in the world and he chooses this fug?? Don’t get it. Especially when she has an adam’s apple and looks like a guy in a dress.
56, what i was rying to ask is what you consider to be “dressing in some more interesting for the red carpet” Because from what i can see, satsuki is not wearing anything different than some actresses you see out there.
yeah, like that grecian sandals mess she wore when he donned that suit - don’t recall what awards show that was… when your man is in a suit, unless it’s a summer-type linen suit, you have no business showing up in a greek-style outfit w/flat sandals, wtf!
its not about her wearing the same clothes as other actresses
compare her to ewan mcgregors wife, she comes across as an admirable strong minded woman with a characteristic style that reflects her personality.
satsuki is not the least bit dynamic in fact she lacks personality
Last year at the bafta show, she wore a strapless gold gown. I saw a picture with part of her nipple showing and she seemed totally oblivious He was also looking at it. Tasteless and tacky.
I thought she looked really nice in that gold dress, but she did really need a pair of boobs to hold it up!!
i think the dress she wore at the oscars last year was really pretty. i’m only 20 but if i had her money i would go out and buy some the dresses i’ve seen her in. and i really like that short dress and the
grecian sandals she wore in one of the pictures. So what if daniel was wearing a suit and she wore the short dress. people, including satsuki, should be able to wear what makes them happy.
and other people should be free to laugh their as**s off at their fashion faux pas… own it.

Satsuki is not a stupid woman, she knows exaclty which side her bread is buttered and will not do anything to shake things up. She is smart, savvy, and confident that Dan loves her and only her. He is clearly very happy with her and loves her or he wouldn’t be with her.
I think she is UGLY and seems like a user. I consider it stupid to put up with someone who screws around, if that part is true. Why would a man choose to be with such an unattractive woman??? Odd
He is a great looking man and looks even better when standing next to an unattractive woman. He loves teh attention if he were with someone beautiful he would have to share the spotlight

I am surprised that she would take that approach since she is American.. She does not strike me as a weak submissive woman but one who likes the spotlight and may put up with certain things to stay in the lifestyle she has become use too. You have to admit Daniel is not the only benefit —- i guess she was at the right place at the right time
Isn’t it embarrassing for any man to be seen with such an ugly hag? I just don’t get this. People have to wonder is this what you can attract? The men I know do not gravitate towards UGLY. She seems like a leech rather than someone with a great personality. This relationship just seems wierd.

Agreed. I don’t think she’s that submissive, she is a intelligent career woman, a producer, she must be calculating every step and she’s just half asian. Japanese women are very traditional, depends how she was brought up, don’t know her background. Just say that she’s caught a big fish and she’s not going to let it go that easy.

As long as these women are financially satisfied and their statues remains as Mrs or GF of X (especially of he famous and rich) then they would put up with whatever. You see this all the time in Asian society but this goes on in other ethnic societies too.
I thought she looked better in her older pics, maybe she’s just too skinny now, also, I honestly think that she’s helping Dan’s career, they need each other, good partners and companions.
Let’s hope she is good for more than just his career.
