Peek-a-Boo I see you!
Violet Affleck and mom Jennifer Garner spend the day playing games in the park on Monday in Brentwood, Calif.
Violet had a ball as she played on the swings, had a few peek-a-boos, got a flying ride and made mommy smile all day! Before the park, the perfect pair stopped by Whole Foods to stock up on some groceries.

You guys think she’s a bad mom? She’s just spending time with her daughter just like any other mom would. If other moms with their little kids were photographed and stalked by the paps like she was, we would see them doing exactly what she does. The woman is enjoying being with her child, it’s not her fault the paps keep stalking her.
VI is such a cutie and she looks like her daddy more and more by the day….
I wish Jen were my mom! My mom NEVER took me to the park as much as I wanted, which was EVERY DAY!
She shouldn’t lock her kid up indoors, is that what everyone thinks she should do?? Lame. Don’t be jealous cuz your mom didn’t love you as much as Jen loves Vi.
aww…these are such adorable pix of them! i feel guilty looking at these pix….mainly, because i know its awful being stalked everywhere. anyways, all the haters are pathetic, saying jen’s career is over, ’showing’ off her kid everywhere and is phoney. good mothers spends time with their children. also, her career is so not over! she’s been on broadway and had two movies come out this year. they were fairly successful and, she’s worked with some of hollywood’s most acclaimed actors!
Wow, she likes to be out for the paps everyday! Doesnt she do anything now besides exposing her kid?
This weekend Jennifer and Violet have been photographed at starbucks, mediation park, pet store, palisades markets and now the park again. No celebrity exposes their child in the media to such an extent as Jennifer Garner does, that poor little girl growing up with cameras constantly in her face, it can’t be good for her. I’m not surprised Violet was crying at the market in the palisades (check out pacific coast news online), Violet had been paraded around town all day by her stupid mother was tired and started crying because she saw another camera, she’s as sick of it as we are.

I used to like her but truth be told I find her so incredibly boring now. If you watch old interviews with her (ie before they were married), she has always had a HUGE crush on Ben (who BTW, looks a lot like Michael Vartan in that link mentioned by no. 38) As for her pimping out her kid… I’m beginning to think so too.
Was a fan of Jen but now seeing her for what she really is…

Aww. I took my toddler out every day, weather permitting, because she was an active baby and loved the playground and had to get rid of a lot of that energy.
Jen isn’t out for the papz, she just chooses to enjoy her daughter in spite of them.
She does not parade V infront of Paps. They follow her. If she did she would put on a show. V would be dressed to the nines.
I think people just come here to start trouble, so that others will argue with them. That is sad.
These are 2 people that live their lives….they happen to be famous so paps follow them. Are they never suppose to leave the house? Let servents get them things?
It is either rude people saying ben is never around when he is or others saying about V being photographed by paps. Give me a break.
Wow taking your child out to see and explore the world around them is better than having a gaggle of kids who are locked inside every day so the bogie man doesn’t get them. Or keeping them caged so a camera doesn’t see them. At least Violet knows what a park and a grocery store are. More than can be said about some other rag tag kids.

Sure, other celebs. aren’t having pics of their kids taken. Search around the web and see how many celebs and their kids were at Disney this weekend. I am sure they “called” the paps to follow them also? Not even.
Other kids like Suri might not be photographed becuase they are home with the Nanny, while Mom shops, lunches, etc.
Does Jen have a routine with V, yes? Ask any mother with a 2 year old, they probably do most of the same things every week also.
If she really wanted to parade her around then you would see them out to a Celeb. restaurant everyday.
I was about to make the same point as #51 - taking Violet to the same places is a nice routine for her. They were probably going there long before the paps cottoned on to where they were, and now Jen doesn’t want to deprive Violet of going to her favourite places, so they still go.
If Jen kept Violet cooped up in the house all the time to avoid the paps, she’d grow into a very unhealthy and scared little girl. And you’d probably all be complaining about how she’s such a bad mum for never taking her daughter out.
Interesting how most of you only seemed to have one argument, and pimp it around every topic to do with Jen and Violet. At least come up with an original and credible argument if you decide you want to hate her.
The main thing here is that Violet is a happy, contented child. If she ever stopped being happy, then Jen would change her routine. As it is, Violet seems to be a lovely little girl, so effectively “punishing” her would be wrong.
I’m happy Jen takes her little girl to the park to play. It’s way better than staying home watching Daddy lay around on the couch all day. It’s what Jen says he prefers to do.
You haters are so clueless. She is interacting with Violet, not the paps. Is she supposed to keep her like a recluse in her back yard at home? it’s not her choice to have photos taken or put on celebrity websites just because she’s going to THE PARK with her child.
Try and fill your empty lives with some substance and sunshine and you will not feel so negative towards others who do not deserve it.
I think it is good for Violet to get out of the house and do what a normal 2 year old does. Play in the park and go shopping with her mom. Almost every child in the USA will go out and about with their mothers’ during the daily course of their lives. I don’t see what the big deal is. Children have to be expose to different environments to promote healthy development. Unfortunately Jen has paps taking pics of her every move. I don’t blame her. When Violet grows up she will have not missed out on having normal experiences of life.
If you hate Jen and Violet so much don’t look at the pictures.
Ben was out with his girls this past weekend. The pics of Ben handing Violet a kitten in a Pet Store are all over the Internet.
Ben is working on a movie in LA….. filming “State Of Play” with Russell Crowe. So, Ben isn’t laying on the couch all the time.
She never looks this happy except when with Violet. She looks unhappy when with Ben and he certainly looks miserable with her. I bet within a year they will be divorced and she will get custody of Violet. Ben will spend his life trying to figure out what happiness is and realizing that it was under his nose all along but he never took time to smell the roses.

She is a human being and should be allowed to go out and lead somewhat of a normal life with her daughter. At least we see her out with her daughter unlike other hollywood mothers who are out late at night with friends and such and you never see them with their children. She is a great mom!

When u never see kids out and about with their celebrity parents like britney spears, u say shes a bad mum cause she never spends time with them but when jennifer does spend time with her daughter u accuse her of being a paps loving *****!!!

The article said Ben doesn’t like to go out and you can have a great convo with him as long as you are willing to have it on the couch.

Plus look around, he is working, the was a link earlier to a pic of him at a house with contractors, out this weekend. Wow, I am sure if he had a couch attached to his backside while he was doing those things, the paps would have a pic.
Believe it or not, people and even celebs do things without every single moment captured on camera. Just because their isn’t a pic of him or Jen doing things doesn’t mean they don’t.
Do you really just think the only moments of their lives are the ones captured on film? Gosh I hope not.
