Ashlee Simpson Has ‘True Romance’ in Her Life

Ashlee Simpson talks about her new hair color, the latest fashions, her song obsessions and going back to acting.

On her latest music love: “I love the new Radiohead record. I listen to it all the time.”

On the boys she falls for: “I’ve always liked guys that have an inner geek. I’m an inner geek myself! So I don’t like anyone who thinks they’re too cool.”

On returning to pursue her acting career: “I’m definitely interested in going back to acting but it’s all about choosing the right roles. I don’t want to take on a lead cahracter right now or anything. The cool thing about being an actress is you can be a chameleon and you can choose all of these interesting roles. True Romance is my favorite movie. I love Alamba Whirley.” (Correction: Patricia Arquette plays the role of Alabama Whitman.)

No, Jared — it IS “Worley”. Christian Slater’s character “Clarence Worley” MARRIES Patricia’s “Alabama Whitman”, so her last name becomes “Worley” in the movie.
