Were you seriously watching the same movie? Now I like both of them, but saying that they did a good job is a bit of a stretch. They had very little chemistry onscreen. I was expecting there to be a whole lot more, seeing as how everyone seems to think they’re a couple. But I came away extremely disappointed. His performance is alright, he’s a good actor. He just needs the right material and the right actors to work with. Her performance was bland, vapid and she was the damsel in distress. Wow what a role to be so proud of. Millie is so much deeper in the book, I hate what they turned her character into. I hope that if there is a sequel she gets to do more. Because in this version she was basically a prop. The best part of the movie was Jamie Bell, and I’m not even a fan of his.

The action was cool though, so go and see it just for that.

What for I should I try? I know what I think, and you (and some other obsessed ones) are not open minded anyway, you have made your opinion and only see what you want to see (or not). Well, that’s your good right of course and none of my business.

I think that Bilson has a reason to not tip the paps too obvious when Hayden is with her - as afterwards she would have to explain herself to him, Hayden is not stupid. I think that already this “massage the forehead and be photographed at a red traffic light” had consequences for her, I sensed some coldness afterwards. Maybe she could succeed calming him down once again, but he surely warned her.
Bilons’s career is over IMO, and after “Jumper” finally, his might be even too… but he has earned way more money than her up to now. So she probably does anything to take care of not scaring him off completely, as he seems to be the more promising choice for a “comfortable” future in wealth than her acting abilities for sure, as those are simply non-existent. And except having the right father to have been able to access this business first, which was only luck, I cannot see any more talents in this woman, except maybe turn Hayden’s head… as in such matters all his intelligence cannot help him, and he seems to lack of experience who is really good for him and who is not.

You’re more than welcome. We are on differing sides of this because I don’t believe that they are. I was neutral but from this past week and some of the things that have come out, I have made up my opinion in the favor of they aren’t. But, how this Yeah Right person is doing it….there’s no excuse. You weren’t attacking them first therefore putting them on the defensive and could argue in favor of the aggression and rudeness. You were being civilized about it. I think this is slowing coming to an end..the hype and publicity is not paying off the way the studio wanted it to be..Hayden is a great actor and I think he can do wonders if he is given the right leading lady. Your right for a one day opening I have seen bigger returns on a movie that was so sell big time for all the promotions it got..I believe Hayden’s SW made 105m in one day..Pirates did almost the same and HP and other high profile ones did big too..some smaller one in one week would do close to 75m..Like I said this is a hard call there is interest in the movie..but radio, news and critics tell people to avoid the movie..My radio told people not to see it..to go to Spiderwick as Jumper was not worth the money..This could drive people away from it..I’m sure Hayden fans will go for me I already felt I would wait for DVD instead nothing against Hayden I just have to consider the movies I really want to spend it on..It was a toss between hayden or Natalie and Natalie for me won..

I just talked to a friend who was at the premier said that Tove was there don’t understand why he wasn’t in the Getty photo’s but seems he was there..She said Hayden signed a homeless man’s pictures he had and gave him a hug..Rachel wouldn’t sign any autographes and went inside..then Sam Jackson came out for a few minutes and signed some..

I think we can deduct who the food was for and for that many seems hayden was feeding his family back at the hotel..And now heard again that by a few other people that Rachel stayed at another hotel and not the one hayden was at..

I agree! The golden dress Natalie Portman wore is made in the right proportion to her small frame. She is not baring anything off the shoulders. Natalie Portman has the similiar build. Small in the shoulders and breasts and covered up her shoulders in a simple snug dress with darts in it to fit her perfectly and made her look shapely and perfection. Rachel’s loose or ill fitting gold toga dress with the big bow over one shoulder looked overwelming on her and STUPID!!! Natalie hands down kicks Rachel’s ass in the fashion department! :D

It’s from yesterday when he was shopping. And I don’t think it’s a stretch of the imagination to say that you can see someone in the car with him…perhaps Rachel?!
Now I know this doesn’t prove they are a couple and perhaps they were going to a cast party. But this does prove that they don’t dislike each other’s company and that any signs of awkwardness or dislike were really because of something else. Does anyone agree?

Oh! I saw a pic on Jen’s website. Hayden did get in the limo with batcrap. It was obvious batcrap was in the limo but these pics were @ different times. It was probably on the way to the party. The reason for the race car wrapping paper gifts H/R spotted carrying out. It was not the food. If, Hayden was carrying food in for the night why was Rachel dressed up to go out then and carrying a gift too? She would not need to go along for a food run. She would be up in her hotel room waiting in bed for her lover to bring in food. Ya think? More PR teasing and sh*t like that! These pics were taken @ different times.

Okay, yesterday I was at CA Adeventure with my son. I noticed a lot of young couples out and about standing in line waiting to get on the ride as we were. We had a couple standing in front of us. Obviously in love. They were kissing, hugging and messaging each other. They were a bit much and I was thinking, “Get a room”. I found it funny. This couple could care less. They were only into each other and did not notice anything else around them. A lot of couples like that openly snogging in public yesterday and defiantly holding hands and the guy had his arm around the chick standing in line. Hayden and Rachel have been hanging out a year and not one pick of kissing or holding hands even?? Something would have showed already. The love would show on the face and it would be pretty hard to hide. There would be flirting going on @ least and would not be able to keep their eye’s off each other. Those couples I saw were in their own world and did not even notice anyone else around them.

I’m just saying….That we would have seen some kind of heated chemistry by now. @ least flirting or a look of a man and woman in love. When you in love it shows in the eye’s and there is no hiding that! ;)

What I usually eat everyday @ work is a nice salad or make myself a veggan sandwich. I’m 5′9″ and around the same weight as you. I wear around a 4-6. I consider my fine ass pretty healthy thank you!
Anyway, that was more food then for 2 people in my estimation. That is why I made that comment back to you that, you can consume that much. Either that are you are blind. Hayden was carrying food for more then 2 people and we know Rach don’t eat that much. This looks like take out for 3 people. I have bought this much for my hubby, son and myself and still had leftovers and this was supposed to be lunch?? It could have been more then likely for Grandma Rose, Allie and himself for lunch. Allie and Rose were in the audience that day when Hayden appeared on Regis and Kelly. I think this was a lunch for his mom and grandma and himself.

Later on. Hayden met up with Rach going to an obvious party. To me. Hayden treats Rach like a little sister then g/f!

Anyhow, I just seen Jumper. It was a good action flick. But there was very little chemistry between Hayden and Rachel. There was some, but not alot. So I had a hard time with the believabilty of their characters being a couple. if there is a sequel, I hope they take the time to develop the characters more.

Yea I would say that was Rachel…I read a review from Eric Bana from the Boleyn girl premier..he said that usually everyone on a cast is more like family and you learn to love all that you work with as a form of protecting them..He was refering to Nat and Scar..but stop and think about this..Hayden acts to me more like a big brother to Rachel then any kind of B/F I think he see’s Rachel as a little sister and not a g/f good reason why we don’t see any PDA you don’t kiss or do anything with family..To me Hayden is the big brother, Rachel the sister, Jamie the brother and Sam the dad..but, the movie is doing poorly right now and personally I wish if the do make another they ditch Rachel and replace her I don’t feel she works for the movie at all there is no chemistry, and the acting is wooden..sorry to say..

There’s 2 definations to box office flop/bomb depending on what type of movie it was. If it was a smaller, independent film, it has to make back how much it took to make it or break even (at the very least) and then some. Awake did fine because it took roughly about 6 million to make and has made a little over 15 million worldwide. Over twice the amount it took to make. It wasn’t a fan favorite but it wasn’t meant to be a commerical success in the first place. Factory Girl bombed because it didn’t make back the money it took to make it.

If it’s a bigger film, like Jumper, it has to also make back how much it took to make it (in this case, roughly 100 million). To do that, it has to be a fan favorite because of the amount it would take to make that money back and then some. It’s more “mainstream” and at the will of the general public unlike films like Awake which aren’t so much. Awake and films as such known more as “arthouse” films and more of an acquired taste. It’s not going to appeal to everyone and not meant to, in other words, while Jumper is. Hope that helps. That’s the gist of it anyways. There’s more to it but that’s the gist. :)

Nope. Not at only a little 15 million at the moment. It’s not getting enough momentum. The first weekend is the most profitable weekend for any film. Rarely will a film actually pick a greater audience after it’s opening weekend. It doesn’t look good so far for Jumper at the moment, sad to say, at least for Hayden, Jamie and Sam. :(

Hayden has no plans to do any more sequels to Jumper and has decided to start work on filming Beasts of Baaton with his production company and has hopes to be in the film with Robert Duvall. Jumper is #1 because, there is nothing else better out there to see yet. I have seen enough clips and Rachel is awful in this acting wise. Hayden and Jamie act well off each other and I think Hayden did a pretty decient job. Poor baby got banged up a lot!

She does bad. She can’t act and when she’s supposed to look like she’s scared or sad, it’s just plain ridiculous. She was Summer Roberts as in Josh Schwartz writes the character for her and was inspired by her. In The Last Kiss, she was another Summer Roberts but here she’s clearly lost because she cannot be Summer Roberts most of time.

GOD I HATE HER *****! HE SHOULD BE WITH ME! I love him :(. Truely. LOVE love love. I’m so obsessed with him. I think I might kill myself.

BTW, I didn’t like the movie Jumper much. I tried so hard too, because it had Hayden. I actually had to start the beginning *twice* to keep interested. But wow, this movie lacked on so many areas. From character growth (they were all flat characters), to a plot that seemed taken from a Gary Sue fanfiction. I did not care for any character, including the one lovely Hayden played. And as for the chemistry between Hayden and Rachel’s characters, meh. It was the equivalent of oil and water. Ironically, they might be lovers in real life, but I hope they never get anymore onscreen time together. They had a bestfriend vibe, but nothing that suggested romantic interest.
