Hayden Christensen & Rachel Bilson Spend Valentine’s Day Together
Hayden Christensen picks up food for two at Cafe Habana in the Nolita neighborhood of NYC on Thursday, Valentine’s Day.
Hayden also had his hands full as he left the Bowery Hotel with costar pal Rachel Bilson. Both carried presents with matching gift wrap.
Spending Valentine’s Day with your costar! How romantic.
Rachel grabbed lunch from Cafe Habana with friends back in November.

Jumper at the box office
Domestic Total as of Feb. 15, 2008: $15,325,000 (Estimate)
So far Jumper is still number one!
I hope Jumper won’t beat Titanic’s box office record
@ isabella
lol what was the titanic record?
This is Titanic’s record $600,788,188 you should know that
i knew it was big but I couldnt remember exact numbers, i think Jumper will do well I would like to see the world wide numbers on it
Do you think Jumper will catch up to Titanic?
I have no idea, I doubt any movie will get those numbers
Dear Hayden:
I saw your film and it was very disappointing! Actors with less of your talent could have breeze through the performance effortlessly and done a decent job… This role you played did not require much acting except to smile and jump. however, for you it just was not that easy. I think you have an amazing talent, however, you don’t have that kind o ability to jump from role to role- do a halfass job and get away with it. You have blown us away with your performance in LAAS. You can do that again! But you have to give it all. Either that or do nothing. You may consider it a curse or a bless but it can only work when you give all you have. In this film, you faded into the background in so many scenes, I do not even find you on screen (bar scene, airport). Same with your relationships, when your heart isnot in it, we don’t see an ounce of passion from you. However, I can imagine how lucky one can be to be loved and adored by you- she will be the luckist of in the whole world!
Xoxo

@ isabella
I liked Factory Girl but that is me I like Andy Warhol and movies like that
@Isabella
There’s 2 definations to box office flop/bomb depending on what type of movie it was. If it was a smaller, independent film, it has to make back how much it took to make it or break even (at the very least) and then some. Awake did fine because it took roughly about 6 million to make and has made a little over 15 million worldwide. Over twice the amount it took to make. It wasn’t a fan favorite but it wasn’t meant to be a commerical success in the first place. Factory Girl bombed because it didn’t make back the money it took to make it.
If it’s a bigger film, like Jumper, it has to also make back how much it took to make it (in this case, roughly 100 million). To do that, it has to be a fan favorite because of the amount it would take to make that money back and then some. It’s more “mainstream” and at the will of the general public unlike films like Awake which aren’t so much. Awake and films as such known more as “arthouse” films and more of an acquired taste. It’s not going to appeal to everyone and not meant to, in other words, while Jumper is. Hope that helps. That’s the gist of it anyways. There’s more to it but that’s the gist. :)
Meredith Jumper won’t beat Titanic’s box office record
Nope. Not at only a little 15 million at the moment. It’s not getting enough momentum. The first weekend is the most profitable weekend for any film. Rarely will a film actually pick a greater audience after it’s opening weekend. It doesn’t look good so far for Jumper at the moment, sad to say, at least for Hayden, Jamie and Sam. :(
I meant a little over 15 million. LOL Titantic was it’s own beast. Shouldn’t measure any film to it. Titantic’s numbers are unusual for any film. Very few have been able to come close to it. Not a good one to measure a film’s success by because of that unusually high number.
