Hayden Christensen & Rachel Bilson Spend Valentine’s Day Together
Hayden Christensen picks up food for two at Cafe Habana in the Nolita neighborhood of NYC on Thursday, Valentine’s Day.
Hayden also had his hands full as he left the Bowery Hotel with costar pal Rachel Bilson. Both carried presents with matching gift wrap.
Spending Valentine’s Day with your costar! How romantic.

Were you seriously watching the same movie? Now I like both of them, but saying that they did a good job is a bit of a stretch. They had very little chemistry onscreen. I was expecting there to be a whole lot more, seeing as how everyone seems to think they’re a couple. But I came away extremely disappointed. His performance is alright, he’s a good actor. He just needs the right material and the right actors to work with. Her performance was bland, vapid and she was the damsel in distress. Wow what a role to be so proud of. Millie is so much deeper in the book, I hate what they turned her character into. I hope that if there is a sequel she gets to do more. Because in this version she was basically a prop. The best part of the movie was Jamie Bell, and I’m not even a fan of his.
The action was cool though, so go and see it just for that.

Oh, and BTW, I’ve watched “Jumper”, and it sucks indeed, and all the rotten critics on RT are more than right, sad to say. I’m watching many movies, but something as soulless as this crude thing I’ve seldom seen, even in some short episodes of a TV-show the characters have touched me more than in this film. It’s awful.
But obviously Hayden has found something else on set at least, if not an improvement on acting, so let’s wish him good luck and let him go into privacy.
I’m not saying they aren’t a couple I don’t really care but there is something I find a bit odd about this thread.
If they spent Valentine’s Day together and they left the hotel together..whatever. Why is it that there is no photographic evidence of it. Are we just suppose to assume that they did because there are pics of him picking up food and carrying a present out? I don’t see a picture of them “together”, so why am I supposed to believe this?
Can someone attempt to help me understand why I should believe this? And if you mention because of the wrapping paper I will LMAO. Because that doesn’t mean a damn thing.

That picture doesn’t prove anything. All it shows is she’s into him but he’s not into her. Look at HIS expression. So, come on. Please do better than that. And, it’s been nearly a year. They would’ve been busted long before now with more than a “lingering” glance. This is the technology age and the age of mini digital cameras and camera phones where anyone can take a picture anywhere at anytime of anyone; whether the subject of said photograph wants it or not. And, considering how much these two are lumped together, they would’ve gotten them already to prove their smut was true. Try again.

What for I should I try? I know what I think, and you (and some other obsessed ones) are not open minded anyway, you have made your opinion and only see what you want to see (or not). Well, that’s your good right of course and none of my business.
But I want to say, I don’t buy your arguments, also not the one with the technology age or how long it already lasts… like Hayden said, if somebody does not want to be seen, he (or she) is not seen. As otherwise there would be thousands of pictures of celebrities just from L.A. every single day… not to talk about all the other places. Some people are always in the media (as they call the paps like R.B. does IMO), and some don’t (like Hayden). This alone should separate them in fact, but obviously it doesn’t. Maybe opposites attract? Question is, how long such a relationship can work? Anyway, I wish Hayden all the best with his decision, and for her… frankly, I don’t care.

It’s ok. Don’t get all upset about it. Some people just don’t have tact. *sighs* But, they do have a point about the technology age and it doesn’t matter if you want to be seen or not. It’s actually the luck of the draw on that one. And, considering everything, they are right. They would have been busted by now since Rachel is a paparazzi tipper. Her and her team would’ve made sure of it. So, it’s not just Hayden who has the decision on this one. There are two involved and one of them clearly wants this to be seen which gives less control of not being seen to Hayden. No offense intended The Yeah Right person just needs to calm down and look up the word tact.

Thanks a lot for your kind words.
I think that Bilson has a reason to not tip the paps too obvious when Hayden is with her - as afterwards she would have to explain herself to him, Hayden is not stupid. I think that already this “massage the forehead and be photographed at a red traffic light” had consequences for her, I sensed some coldness afterwards. Maybe she could succeed calming him down once again, but he surely warned her.
Bilons’s career is over IMO, and after “Jumper” finally, his might be even too… but he has earned way more money than her up to now. So she probably does anything to take care of not scaring him off completely, as he seems to be the more promising choice for a “comfortable” future in wealth than her acting abilities for sure, as those are simply non-existent. And except having the right father to have been able to access this business first, which was only luck, I cannot see any more talents in this woman, except maybe turn Hayden’s head… as in such matters all his intelligence cannot help him, and he seems to lack of experience who is really good for him and who is not.

You’re more than welcome. We are on differing sides of this because I don’t believe that they are. I was neutral but from this past week and some of the things that have come out, I have made up my opinion in the favor of they aren’t. But, how this Yeah Right person is doing it….there’s no excuse. You weren’t attacking them first therefore putting them on the defensive and could argue in favor of the aggression and rudeness. You were being civilized about it. Just because we have differing opinions doesn’t give the right to attack. There’s been too much going on with that especially lately.
I think Hayden isn’t with her as I’ve already stated because Bilson and her team would’ve already seen to it that they were busted before now. Long before now. It all just doesn’t add up and point to dating. No offense but it doesn’t. Friends only at best. I hear what you are saying and I agree to a certain extent on how Hayden is but there really is two in this and one of them is hell bent on the exposure and dragging him along for the ride. Some do have a point that it seems like she’s into him romantically but he’s not into her. Looking back over it, you can see that. The only constant thing is him. He’s always cold towards her except when it’s for official work related things. I mean, ice is warmer than he is towards her. It just doesn’t make any sense that they are dating. That’s all. I respect your opinion but I can’t just ignore all that that screams “no, not true.” Sorry.

I think this is slowing coming to an end..the hype and publicity is not paying off the way the studio wanted it to be..Hayden is a great actor and I think he can do wonders if he is given the right leading lady. Rachel has never been that right person professionally or personally.. There will be people that adore them good for you knowone says you can’t like them..but then again do not bash other’s for the feelings that they don’t see anything tangable between them..it just doesn’t show..Now I heard that both stayed at different hotels this seems plausable as there were not leaving together and they didn’t show up to whatever function it was where press were invited too to prove anyone’s case they spent the holidays together. and by now we would see a hell of a lot more..Hayden looks angry, and unless he is doing an interview or premier he show no emotion towards her..I say he is tired of the showmance they have had to do just to promote this movie..he has that I’m tired of this crap look..
I think for the few people that believe them to be a couple the majortiy believe they aren’t and it’s showing more and more that they aren’t..
I think Rachel’s people are more then active in promoting her in the press’s eyes we only see her and doing the stupidest things that are put on the press’s doorstep..Hayden we barely ever see him in the photo’s unless he is with her and it’s the same company each time taking her photo..Granted it might not be her making the calls or asking for this but, fact is the people she pays are doing the calling on her behalf..that to me is what I see..

Couldn’t agree more on all points. And that not bashing goes the other way as well. There’s been far too much of it from both sides. But, yes, it does seem to be the majority who thinks not while the minority by far thinks yes. That includes the people who haven’t been on the board before. Love the name by the way. LOL
The movie has made 6 million so far. that is kinda bad. 6 million in one day. I’ve seen better. I know for a fact that this relationship is fake. i was on here a long time ago and i made my points on how i know for sure. I made alot of right and good points! and I know for a fact that Rachel Bilson is talking to someone else right now thats why she said: “Im happy with my love life” in the GQ interview. and NO! its not Hayden whos her love life. Its a guy back in LA as for wearing his clothes and what not, its what you call borrowing from a buddy,but she isnt tryna play up the media as I thought in the begining. But however,I think after Jumper is done,they’ll barely or NEVER talk/be around eachother,like any of his other co-stars. so people DO NOT let this get to your head. Im on myspace & her best friend Lea and I talk all the time,we go to the same school & I just wanted to let you all know. Its not like im her BFF or anything but I spend most of my time on the internet & I never come on here much, but usually when it gets out of hand i like to get my two point on things.but I wont do it alllll the time,cause I be very buisy alot!

Celebrities know the game they have to play to become famous they understand they have to sacrifice a personal life for the glamour and glits of the celebritiy..KNOWONE is immune to it all, they can’t hide out and hope that the press reporters and the paparazzi won’t find them..Paparazzi pay big money to find out everything and every place a known celebrity hangs out, unless they are tipped off. then it makes their work that much easier. We don’t live in the stone age where word of mouth is all you have to go by or maybe a few photo’s here and there..We live in a High tech area..computer, cell phone, and internet all play a part in what we see, read and hear. Only we don’t get all points of the picture we get what is presented to us and with that we have to form our own opions, likes or dislikes, is the glass empty or full this goes for how we view a celebrity on what they sell to us. Do we see them in a postive light or a darker on. It is also how present themselves to us. Someone who goes off the charts with promotions and over selling drives the avid reader up a tree and eventually they discard the celebrity as obnoxious. To many Rachel has done just that maybe she is a good person deep down knowone will disput it unless you know her, but as an actress she is a no talent and she has actually proven this over and over again. Plus the fact she can’t give a logical answer to anything she is asked..that too drives readers and would be fans over the edge.
If you truly love someone you never want to hide it and Hayden is a passionate man granted he might wish to be private but, I think in the long run he knows being a celebrity in this business it is unlikely he would could hold back from the press any true feeling..Here he shows nothing but stone cold emptiness. and truly there is nothing appealing about them and acting like dry ice.

Your right for a one day opening I have seen bigger returns on a movie that was so sell big time for all the promotions it got..I believe Hayden’s SW made 105m in one day..Pirates did almost the same and HP and other high profile ones did big too..some smaller one in one week would do close to 75m..Like I said this is a hard call there is interest in the movie..but radio, news and critics tell people to avoid the movie..My radio told people not to see it..to go to Spiderwick as Jumper was not worth the money..This could drive people away from it..I’m sure Hayden fans will go for me I already felt I would wait for DVD instead nothing against Hayden I just have to consider the movies I really want to spend it on..It was a toss between hayden or Natalie and Natalie for me won..
