This? Is the superior version of Cotillard’s dress. The blue and black is what sells it. If it were just the lace it would be a tacky cocktail dress, and not remotely suitable for the premiere. It’s a pretty strong dress, what with the blue being so intense. But she works it. I don’t know about the necklaces, but she looks amazing in this, especially when she’s moving, the flow of it all. Fantastic.
ScarJo’s dress is an amazing color, one we never see enough of on the red carpet, but the dress itself is pretty standard, especially for her. I really wish she’s step away from this ’40s thing, it’s gotten so old. Otherwise, ScarJo looks lovely. And her breasts don’t look like they’re in pain, which is rare for her.
All in all, Natalie gets my vote. Rowr.

Natalie is a gifted actress, intelligent, articulate and very expressive in her design of clothing..granted it won’t appeal to everyone’s taste but, I think for the most part it works for her..she has the nice body and the colors are vibrate on her..the necklace I would rethink but the rest of it flows well for her.

Stunning!!! Natalie really knows how to dress @ these premiere events! She wears the right dresses that fit just right on her small frame. She is smart and yet so prettyyyyyyy!! Her and Hayden Christensen should be TOGETHER!!!!

Also, to the idiots who don’t get that HIGH fashion can be tailored for the wee among us…. it can be. Portman has worn knee-to-calf length dresses throughout most of her career. Portman has always chosen lady-with-a-twist dresses that usually flow well and are an interesting color(s). This IS her style.
It’s also the only dress I’ve seen from Berlinale so far that screams BERLIN. It’s perfect for the city, especially that shock of blue. Her presentation is fantastic, though I agree about the necklaces (which are fine on their own but..).

Natalie is gorgeous but the outfit is not. In fact, she looks like she’s wearing expensive underwear in public. Luckily, she’s so pretty that her beauty saves her from looking ridiculous. Scarlet shows better taste - not that her outfit is something to write home about, either.
I was wondering where Natalie’s necklace was from. It’s beautiful along with the dress. I love the blue/black stained fabric for possibly a long draped evening gown. All in all, she must have wowed so many!

Glad to finally find someone who likes this dress! I think it’s beautiful, and I knew that many people would probably hate it. But really, look at it. This dress is a work of art, it’s bold, it’s out-there, and it’s whimsical, but Natalie makes it wearable. I love her jewelry too, if I wore this I would have never thought to wear jewelry. Love her dress, displays real fashion talent.
