Natalie Portman Sheer is Gorgeous

i think it’s very clever of her dressing this way to divert attention from scarlett’s hair…lol!!!!

i like the colours and the idea of the dress..i mean..i like it in a very rational way..not in that emotional-oh-my-god-i’ve-never-seen-such-a-beauty-in-my-life kinda way.

Portman has no sense of style and can’t dress herself.
I have seen her in various fugly outfits lately.
The faux sheer tacky lace on this dress makes her look like she’s on a ****** hen night.
The drapes on the sides I can understand (to hide her nonexistant breasts) but why oh why is it high necked and why is she wearing not 1 but 2 mismatched necklaces?????????

Looks like Scarlet took a page from Cameron Diaz’s hairstyle in “Something about Mary” I wish Natalie would go natural - the blond look doesn’t work for her. And Eric Bana is beautiful as usual…..

I agree about Rodarte being overrated.

Also, to the idiots who don’t get that HIGH fashion can be tailored for the wee among us…. it can be. Portman has worn knee-to-calf length dresses throughout most of her career. Portman has always chosen lady-with-a-twist dresses that usually flow well and are an interesting color(s). This IS her style.

It’s also the only dress I’ve seen from Berlinale so far that screams BERLIN. It’s perfect for the city, especially that shock of blue. Her presentation is fantastic, though I agree about the necklaces (which are fine on their own but..).

Natalie is gorgeous but the outfit is not. In fact, she looks like she’s wearing expensive underwear in public. Luckily, she’s so pretty that her beauty saves her from looking ridiculous. Scarlet shows better taste - not that her outfit is something to write home about, either.

and best of all…..she is mighty intelligent. not just a pretty body!
