I agree with you. I don’t understand it myself. Orlando always seems so private and yet he seems to have hooked up with someone who actively seeks press. The innuendo and hints from her publicity people since last April have been pretty over the top.

I wonder how long before she realizes she screwed up. Following Orli around hasn’t done her any favors. Her rep is damaged. Her career is NOT going well and either is Orlando’s. And Jay is way hotter than Orlando.
yes, Orlando is rich, but if that is all you want in life than so be it.
Jay is not only hotter, but also nicer. He did everything for her. But the reality is, Randa doesn’t know the definition of anything except “money” and “fame. She doesn’t want to be treated nice - all she wants is attention, status and financial security.
I wonder how she feels about all the attention she received lately.LOL!

I think she may have thought life with Bloomers was going to be red carpets and attention. Thing is Orlando has never done than even with Kate who he has dated for 4 years. She picked the wrong one for that. If this last she might get financial security but he isn’t even going to get much attention soon so she won’t get it off his status.
I don’t think its all rosy in kerbloom. Orlando agreed to go public probably to finally help her with her reputation of being stood up or ditched but I doubt he was happy about it if it took him this long to do.
And you know this how?
Jay used her career to try to boost his. Why else would he pimp out their relationship in music videos? He was using her fame. Key word, using. If he had been a better boyfriend, Miranda would not have had to look elsewhere.
Oh, and just so you know, she already had attention, status, and financial security before she met Bloom. She was already a successful runway model, with her own million dollar Manhattan apartment before he came along.
lol. IF Jay did that with the video at least she was a willing party since she was in it. UNLIKE how she called the press on Orlando without him knowing about it.

@125 - her modelling career seems almost over, her attention and status is only high with certain kinds of men who know and love VS models - not the general public. I cant comment on her financial situ.
These are Jennifer Aniston fans Hating on OB. Just a few months ago he and Jennifer Aniston was vacationing together in mexico on the beach laying out. All you people thought he was just great then, comments was made that he is hot and he was just what she needed to get rid of her memory of her ex. So why is he not still a good person?

As for many people changing their opinion of OB-well alot of that has to do with the Miranda/Jay situation which happened after that Mexico thing anway. Along with the accident and how he handled that.

Annie, my husband used to do that when we started dating because he’s six feet tall and has huge steps. I used to grab his coat and pull him back. Never worked. I really had to kick him once.
But he sticks to my side since then.

sorry, i think I didn’t express very well. my fault. I meant: I would do the same (kick him) if he would walk a few steps ahead, but I’m fortunate that he’s not that type (Orlando’s type) of man. We walk together (even though he’s pretty tall).
Jaded, aparently, he didn’t found that woman. I think he needs woman older than him (well, not too old) to teach him some manners too.

You’re kidding, right? If she needs to seek elsewhere for a boyfriend thats fine but the classy thing to do is to break-up with the first one before you take on the next one. Is that something you really need to have explained to you?
She wasn’t known at hardly all before she started using Orlando’s name. The writer’s always had to explain who she was or she was just called the brunette. I’m glad her plans didn’t work and this seems to have blown up on both of them.

~k - in this situation my hubby would either reach back to hold my hand, or let me walk ahead. And even if we must walk like that he’d still hold the car’s door for me to let me get in first. If Orlando’d do that, we’d see him on the other side of that door. Just a thought. But it’s not the first time we see him acting like this. Sometimes I think he’s developing a pap-phobia. It seems to get worse week after week.
BTW, I don’t hate the guy, I just feel sorry for him. From the frown on his face I get the feeling he’s not where he wants to be. I bet he hates the attention but knows it’s part of the deal.

~k, we have no idea. He probably goes to auditions we just don’t see that. Last week there was news of how Michael Madsen didn’t want to be in a fight scene with him or Christian Bale. Last month he lost a role to Daniel Radcliffe. He was in HK to meet with a director. There might be more we don’t know. There must be some work going on I guess. Or rather I hope. Personally I think he is a good actor but doesn’t get any challenging roles to prove it. But for heaven’s sake, a year or two without a movie isn’t that much, last autumn he was in theatre doing 8 shows a week, so he probably needed a rest and some partying. (Did I spell that right? English is not my native tongue so sorry if I make mistakes.)
It does seem its about over. I wonder what she will do? I sure hope she doesn’t make a desperate move and trap him. She is 25 very soon.
When she guest stared on ‘How I met your mother” she had no lines and came away from that saying she didn’t want to act and that it wasn’t for her.I don’t know if she had had lines and they cut them out or if she was never meant to speak. Regardless there is no way to turn that into an acting career.
