Mischa Barton: Joan’s on Third, Fourth and Fifth

Mischa Barton grabs an early dinner on Saturday at celeb hotspot Joan’s on Third in Los Angeles.

The former O.C. star was accompanied by Teen Vogue employee BFF Carlos Lopez and two gal pals.

After dinner, the 22-year-old DUI offender popped into a clothing boutique and came out with a few shopping bags.
