Brad & Angelina’s Santa Barbara Saturday

Brad & Angelina’s Santa Barbara Saturday

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie fly into Santa Barbara, Calif. on Saturday with their brood — Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 20 months.

Angie covered up her baby bump underneath a puffy winter coat. Brad carried Shi around the tarmac, as well as holding her hand while she walked around. Princess Zee sucked on her thumb near her pink luggage. Mad wore sunglasses and dressed in a camouflage shirt and pants. Pax looked to be carrying a stuffed animal.

638 Bijoux @ 02/18/2008 at 10:32 pm Greetings all JP fans
The conversation of Jen being in therapy for 13 years with the same therapist until the therapist died baffles me. It baffles me because I’ve never heard of anyone at Jen’s age being in therapy that long with no progress at all. That long in therapy, without any progress she should have been institutionalized.

Hi Bijoux,
PT in her post 606 was correct. there are many individuals who go through therapy their whole lives. Each individual progresses at his/her own rate and some never resolve issues. Issues also arise throughout one’s life and if the individual is not equipped with the skills to handle “lifes ups and downs, traumas and stresses”…they choose to seek help. The people who don’t seek it end up walking the streets often homeless or worse what you hear in the news. Institutions are reserved for those who are severely diagnosed and a danger to others and themselves. They are also by referral by the psychiatrist and insurances do not cover without referral by a qualified professional.
The caveat to your comment is that those who are not in therapy throughout their lives usually should be and most choose not to be…and that is scary in itself. The fact that JA was in therapy for thirteen years is that she probably needed it.

Feline,

YOU are my fun…I’m not a doctor but maybe, some Flonase nasal for the sinus (I use it for this too) and I get insomnia so maybe no caffeine
and say I come work out with ya for couple of hours…hahah…I’ll return the favor and lie with you til you fall asleep…deal, my great insatiable passion?

It takes months of planning to undertake a mission to Iraq I should state. Peace to all. I wish BAMPZS all the best.

Totally agree, raye. Truth will always prevail.

poor chinnifer maniston and poor chin chin fans. shiloh is 2 now! brad and angie has got 4 kids since brad had dumped maniston. she’s almost 40 and is still lonely pathetic and whinning more than ever.

Jenn was in therapy for thirteen years, wow does that mean everythiing, such as events in her life had to go through Dr.first.That means jen’s life must be very scary.Maybe that is why Brad stayed with her as long as he did.

bermy girl @ 02/18/2008 at 11:03 pm

I’ve only been able to read the last few pages, but it’s been enjoyable reading people’s perspectives on relationships, breakups, and how best to bring them about.

What I find fascinating is, White Knight Syndrome aside, how these two women are like opposites. One is afraid of flying and one flies planes. It does make a person wonder how Brad made out in his former marriage, especially when he clearly loved adventure and new experiences prior to hooking up with Angelina.

vickifromtexas and gitane - my thoughts are with you during this difficult time. May you both find both comfort as well as advice and information from the resourceful and caring Jolie Pitt fans here.

Is Malibumom truly an Aniston fan in disguise??

Is she another susie, CCCC who infiltrate the group & harass people & other fans?

# 615 JP fans love to hate
Weren’t you just in Cox’s new thread fussing at Lucky L and Team Lara K.?
I know who you are.
Hows your script writing doing ?

vickifromtexas @ 02/18/2008 at 11:10 pm

bermy girl, thank you, i am finding great comfort in the kindness and the information the wonderful jolie pitt fans are giving.

coalharbourqt @ 02/18/2008 at 11:13 pm

Bijoux - hello and nice to see you posting! 13 years does seem extreme, doesn’t it? In fact, I’m going to hazard a guess that listening to poor little Jen whine away for 13 years about how everyone in her life has done her wrong probably shortened the poor therapist’s life  The therapist’s family should be launching a civil action against Jen for reducing the therapist’s life expectancy  Anyone know the official cause of death? I jest, I jest!

Yikes, I’m getting into a topic I really don’t care to spend any time on - she’s not worth it! Have a good evening everyone! :-)

You can always tell who the fake fans are. All you have to do is suggest a couple of ideas and they get all defensive, call you a troll, ask where’s the link and quickly want to change the subject by backing up their point of view with some old Brad or Angelina quote. The marriage rumors are case in point. It is the ultimate fear that undercover haters have. Yet a made up story about Angelina having twins is taken as gospel truth. The undercover haters will be the ones to respond to this post.

Sometimes we want our marriage to last, but sometimes we marry people opposite from us .But thanks to God ,Brad did not have children with Jen.Then it would be sad.But i saw Jen in magazine at hotel patio straddling Vince Vaughn before her divorce was over(HONEST)she did not look like she was missing Brad she look like ,just in the moment with vince.

Taken from Parade Interview 2007

Brad Pitt, 43, one of the world’s most recognized stars, says his life and beliefs are informed by this sense of existential sadness. It is what drives him as a man and an actor. It is also what makes him want to fix the world.

“Maybe an offshoot of it is the discomfort I feel when other people are unhappy and wanting,” he suggests. “When I see someone without basic health and education, without a supportive family, I feel a connection. That’s what moves me the most. I could be him, if I’d been born on some other dot on the map.”

Brad Pitt and I recently spent some time together in Toronto. What is most impressive about him is not his good looks and movie-star glamour, things he has in spades. Rather, it is his openness and empathy with people who are hurt. There is much of the generous, unspoiled American boy in his character, a kind of innocence. He truly believes he can help mend broken lives and change the world. And that, he says, makes everything else he does meaningful
———————————————————————–

I think what he said about people that are unhappy and wanting might explain the choice to be with Aniston for that long. I don’t know we are on the outside looking in and only get a glimpse(if even)

Awwwww…. I like Angie’s outfit. And Zee’s too.

dianad1968 @ 02/18/2008 at 11:20 pm

Hi Felinelilly, a little remedy that will help your sinus infection, take some warm water, add a little salt, and inhale it through both nostrils, before blowing out. When you are inhaling hold head forward, and then tilt back after inhaling. It can be a bit uncomfortable, but really does help. Feel better.

Backatcha cook, you’re super fun, and smooth! Thanks for the suggestions, i’ll try a couple, but you have to be here with me, lol. On that note, i’m off and i’ll see you tomorrow. Have fun!

Look at this lie:

Jolie’s baby joy

Stop the press: Angelina Jolie has “confirmed pregnancy rumours” by asking her reps to organise maternity leave from all forthcoming promotional duties.

Angelina is on her year or years off from acting. She has nothing to promote. Kung Fu Panda isn’t until June and who knows if she will be promoting this.

OMG!!! You people are still obsessing about Jennifer? Unbelievable!!

Agree. His words say it all. The White Knight who tries his best to help, and at some point gives up when he sees that this situation cannot be mended, and is now detrimental to him. Even White Knights need someone who recharges their batteries, who makes them whole. I think this is one of the many gifts Angie and Brad provide for each other, they recharge each others batteries.

Hello to all the JP Fans….Love seeing all the kids: Madd with his army garb, Pax with his hippy look, Zahara with her girly pink suitcase, and Shiloh, dressed up like Daddy. As usual ,Angelina is looking good as always. And of course Brad - always sexy..

To Vickifromtexas - I’m sorry to hear about your father. I hope that he will get the best comfortable care. And I also hope that you and your family will find strength to get through this difficult time.

Hi Cook - thanks for the shout out. I’m a firm believer of tolerance. On the other hand, I have no tolerance for intolerant people….that would be another discourse for another time….

Hi FALP and Curly - I see both of you are quite active posting at JJ tonight…Sent you both an e-mail….

Hello Guli, Coal, and Sheri - hope things are good at your end.

MF - Thank you for the e-card. Am I suppose to respond to it via e-card as well?

A big OT: To Jill - have you checked out the Barney’s Warehouse Sale yet? I got a Christian Louboutin open toe espadrille and a Prada silver ballet flat shoes….I know…I know…, I’m moving to a 3rd world country at the end of this year, and I understand that it is not an appropriate shoes to wear there, but for now, I need to indulge myself before downgrading my lifestyle….Can a girl get stylish on her last Spring and Summer stay in NY?

Just curious - isn’t 13 years a long time for therapy? I’ve never been to therapy so I don’t know but that seems like a long time. Must have been a lot of issues to work thru. Does anyone know what the average time is or is it an ongoing thing?

****As a public health professional, my answer to you is “it depends” on the diagnosis and the severity of the patient’s symptoms.

I can’t really speak for ______ in terms of her own neuroses . But I can only assume based on some of her “maladaptive” behavior, i.e. the recent Mexico public exhibition, low self-esteem, narcissistic tendencies, delusions of grandeur, neediness, and other symptoms that were mentioned in this thread’s discussion. I therefore think that 13 years of therapy is not nearly enough. She’s behaving like a little girl who demands constant attention and reassurance - which means unfortunately, she will potentially have difficulty finding a real mate who will be able to put up with these kinds of behavior, especially coming from a 39 yr, old woman. Zahara is probably more mature than her at this point….

Goodnight everyone….

Man I have to read all these posts? These pictures are not clear but they must have been really really far away.
