They went to Santa Barbara. And no it doesn’t look like they are going to the Oscars.

Oops. Sorry Zoe. I misread your question. Edible Gold posted upthread that TV Guide announced Angie was not going to the Oscars. It seems pretty logical since she doesn’t have any reason to be there.

I think they will go to the spirit award. but not Oscar, they are not presenter nor nominee. it’s logical . but I wonder if they will be in the pre-Oscar party, Brad usually attend those parties.

I don’t know they really flew to SB ( bloggers are often wrong ) but if so, SB must be Kids Heaven. All their kids may be enjoyning entertaining outdoor activity at their private beach.

I personally think they may attend Spirit Award and later very pivate fundraising party but not Oscar ceremony. .

“Everyone is curious to see,” says Roxanne Motamedi, executive director of entertainment at Getty Images, the agency that photographed baby Max. “The bigger the celebrity, the more people want to know what the baby looks like. It sells magazines.”

Brangelina tot Shiloh is still the reigning queen of cover kids. Parents Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reportedly got People to fork over $4.1 million to run the girl on a June 2006 cover, with the money going to African children’s charities.

“If a celebrity is noncover material, the value is less,” Motamedi explains. “Brad and Angelina are two of the biggest stars today and obviously they sell whatever they do. Everyone is interested in their life.”

But when Shiloh’s big brother, Pax, made People’s cover, the price tag was reportedly $2 million - half of what Shiloh raked in.

With rumors radiating that Angelina’s pregnant again, what sum would a new baby fetch?

“I can’t even put a number on it,” says Katie Caperton, a deputy editor at OK! magazine. “That’s huge. The fascination that people have with Brad and Angelina and that family is just priceless.

“People are so excited to see this unbelievably glamorous couple - who have been in the public eye for years - have all these kids,” she adds. “They just need to see them when they’re walking down the street in the French Quarter [of New Orleans] and they’ve got the baby in one arm and a stroller behind them.”

OK! has given the world the first glimpses of the sons of Bridget Moynahan and Tom Brady and of rockers Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale. And Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn, was seen for the first time together with Larry Birkhead on OK!

While the magazine’s policy is not to discuss its deals, reports had the Dannielynn and daddy Birkhead shot valued at $1.7 million, baby John and mommy Moynahan at $100,000, and cool Kingston with Gwen and Gavin at $575,000.

Jamie Lynn Spears’ baby isn’t even born yet, but the 16-year-old TV star was reportedly paid $1 million by OK! for the pregnancy announcement. There’s no word yet on what he or she will demand post-womb. But it’s sure to be a lot.

“We just do tremendously well on the newsstand when we’ve got celebrity babies on the cover,” says Caperton, “because people love being with their favorite stars in these really important moments in their lives.”

Setting up a safe shoot with a guaranteed paycheck works out well for the parents, too.

“It’s more beneficial for celebrities to cooperate with a company like us to do their baby pictures versus not doing it, because then paparazzi will chase them and will not stop until they get the picture of that celebrity with the baby,” Motamedi says. “But once the pictures are out, there is really no value of paparazzi chasing them and trying to get the baby shot.
