Lindsay Lohan bares all and does her best Marilyn Monroe, recreating Monroe’s last (nude) photo shoot for New York Magazine.
In 1962, photographer Bert Stern shot Marilyn Monroe in “The Last Sitting” photo shoot and 46 years later, he revisited his classic shots with Lindsay Lohan. Here are some snippets from Lindsay’s interview with NY Mag:
On comparing Marilyn Monroe and Heath’s Ledger’s tragic deaths: “They are both prime examples of what this industry can do to someone… I don’t know. I’m not them. But I sure as hell wouldn’t let it happen to me.”
On posing nude: “I was comfortable with it… I didn’t have to put much thought into it. I mean, Bert Stern? Doing a Marilyn shoot? When is that ever going to come up? It’s really an honor.”
On the Monroe photos Lohan revisits: “Here is a woman who is giving herself to the public. She’s saying, ‘Look, you’ve taken a lot from me, so why don’t I give it to you myself.’ She’s taking control back.”

This is sad sad sad. I first saw these and prayed that the negatives would burn, but then its digital, and its out. This was SOOO wrong for her to do, for the photographer to do. Its highly disrespectful to Marilyn. LL is too thin, not curvy, not even close to pulling off MM. Time to call it quits sweety, while you are ahead?
I think she did a great job here overall. I’m not a huge Lindsay fan, but she’s got talent for sure - She’s just much better known these days for for a Lot of wasted potential, that’s all.
I love to hear people refer to her “Whoring” For those of you who Don’t know - “Whoring” or “****” are emotional buzz-words used by people how CAN’T get all the sex they want - about those who CAN get all the sex they want.
Yes, Marilyn was an icon, but her life wasn’t in much better shape than Lindsay’s- Adultry with kennedy.. the pills..etc. She was pretty much a mess too. But clearly, Lohan is totally hotter than Monroe. When you take all the emotion out of it.. She’s just naturally a much more attractive woman. And those breasts are real.
SHE knows she’s not a Monroe,,, she’s not trying to be, but she’s certainly allowed to pay tribute. And since someone brought it up - Ledger was a complete waste anyway- had the entire world at his feet.. and awwww……couldn’t handle it - he flunked the test and the course. So the entertainer took his own life for a little attention. Only trouble is, that once you pull that kind of a finale, there’s not much you can do for an encore…
Mrmiller: You’re just a stupid idiot that doesn’t know anything. Marilyn had class and was beautiful and also talented, unlike lindsay that is disgusting, talentless and trashy.
