It’s basically an exaggerated term for ’slated’ or ‘hated’ (that rhymes!). Even though, I think that person is wrong. I’ve been reading some of the UK reviews and they are ultimately mixed.

She looks good, but her face makeup is too light.
…..not a flash friendly foundation unfortunately. Dunno who does their make up recently, both Scarlett and Natalie look weird and their beauty is somewhat shadowed.

The color of dress is very beautiful on her, but I agree the makeup is a bit off. Foundation color is wrong and they went WAY overboard on the false eyelashes and looks like they glued them on wrong as well-
well i think the dress is an absolute stunner, but,
isn’t it a little too gaudy for just a premiere maybe? i mean it looks like it could be an oscar or globes dress or something! but still, LOVE it
