OlderPrison Break: Season Finale or Series Finale?
FOX aired the “season finale” of Prison Break tonight. Let me recap the ridiculousness for you:
LJ and Sofia get saved. Sofia leaves James. Sophia gets shot. Lincoln stays behind to take care of her. Michael reminisces about Sarah. Mahone, Whistler and Gretchen are are cahoots with one another. Long live The Company!
Lots of unanswered questions but this will probably be the last we see of Michael and Lincoln, anyway. No word from the network on renewal–not good news.
The Boston Herald seems to done with the series: “Please, don’t add another year of Prison Break to viewers’ sentence… FOX should pardon its viewers and give them early parole. We’ve done our time. We don’t need any more of this crime.”

I thought the season finale was fantastic. And unlike a few people on this comment page, I have totally enjoyed every episode from the pilot episode in season 1 to the season finale of season 3.
As for the possibility of a season 4, according to http://www.fcowm.com, in an interview Dominic Purcell did in Ireland, he stated that there will definately be a season four coming back in the fall. Also, Robert Knepper confirmed in an interview in France, that they were due to begin filming for season four in May.
Hope this helps for all those, like myself, who were hoping for the shows return.
yeah, i really hope they don’t cancel PB. it’s the only thing I even watch on TV. well, actually, i don’t have cable anymore, so I’ll rephrase. I watch it online. but networks do that all the time & cancel shows with a great following. take My So Called Life for example. it was yanked after it’s first season, and it has a cult following.
but there is a lot of story to tell yet in PB. the show itself feels like an extended movie, if you ask me. if they ended it now, that would be a terrible move by fox. it’s so good. and yeah, people are upset about the doctor being off the show. but it’s still an intriguing show. more than anything, people want to see the script through. to see what happens with the Company. they have a lot of room to grow that aspect of the show. right now, it’s kind of a mystery. I think that was one of the best things about season 1, was that you could see the storyline from all angles. in season 3, you don’t see as much of that. you don’t see the relationships within the company as much. i think that will be brought back if there’s a season 4, with the relationship between mahone & whistler.
but if it is the end, to everyone that contributed to the show, it was a good run. I’ll miss the storylines, characters & great acting. whoever casted for this show, they deserve some kind of award. all the actors are really superb.
more prison break .. PLEASE!!
i loved the finale… season 3 is amazing, its getting back to the basics of season 1. high impact, great action, great cliffhangers :D
& what about the new character molly their supposed to be introducing and the spin off etc?

What a load of BS. Prison Break is the best show on tv and i hate when people say its bad. Its way better than the likes of Lost or Greys Anatomy.
I hope to God that it comes back although im pretty sure that it will.

My inside source is a crew member’s relative. They are not returning to Dallas to film PB. The mayor of Texas tried to step in and stop them from leaving because several thousand people will lose their jobs. I haven’t heard if WM is returning or not for Season 4.

Did any of you that in the third season they never Clearly showed us Sarah’s face. Even the head that was in the box, I paused and observed it. It was not Sarah’s. Sarah is not dead!
guys relax there is a season four and Sara is back apparently she wasn’t beheaded which is good news.

If FOX pulls it off air then they are a bunch of LUNATICS! it is a great show and i always buy the dvd here in Tanzania!!!!!!!! alot of guys here im my home country will be very disappointed if the show does not go on………so folks at FOX……..stop your nonsense and make a proper conclusion (there should be a law against such stupidity)
