You’re description could be a scene of Peque Gallaga’s Shake, Rattle and Roll series. I love Peque. ABS did a mini-movie of Patayin sa Sindak si Barbara. I think Kris Aquino is good in that genre.

I love horror stories and personal accounts of people’s encounters of the other world. My grandparents/parent’s old house, I remember hearing strange sounds and seeing what I’d think as ghosts. And my cousins and relatives who stays in the house when in city are fond of playing spirit of the glass. Growing up in the house I guess we got used to the strange noise at night (tunog ng kadena) and having things disappear. Neighbors used to say they keep seeing ghostly creatures/white lady in that old house.

Spielberg’s Olympic pullout angers Chinese media, public

My hats off to Steven Spielberg for taking a stand on what he believed in. The so called public outrage naturally is coming from State owned media outfits. I have a friend who is Chinese but US educated and after several years she went back to China. One of the things she love when she travels out of the Mainland is that she gets to hear and see the news as it is. Its very hard to find a secure forum where you can speak freely and criticize against the gov’t w/o the fear of getting imprisoned for speaking your thoughts.

After I saw Thelma and Louise, I couldn’t help but follow BP’s career and make note of his personal life. When he married JA I had a mental shut down regarding his personal life because she was so uninteresting, she made him uninteresting. I only perked up when the nuances of them not getting along came to light, then he became interesting again and now with AJ, the two are not just interesting but fascinating.

I went to see Thelma & Louise with a bunch of girlfriends, but we concentrated on the women. Now I’d like to see it again, just to watch him, and I don’t mind seeing the two tough girls again.

I remember reading somewhere on the internet that DD Lewis asked Brad at the SAG do whether there will be a wedding in the future, and ‘Brad shook his head,’ so why these wedding rumors again?
I think AJ is happy the way things are, but if I’m wrong and they do tie the knot, I love Vera Wang’s gorgeous wedding dresses. :smile:

You read that in here. It’s a lie. It was writen by on of the “insiders” that usual come in the there.

He/she said that happen when Angelina wasn’t at the table. The problem is tha he/she fforgot to do a research, because every report from people that were actualy at the SAG say they never were apart, and Brad even went with Angelina to the bathroom.

The “insiders” that come in here are stupid and lazy.

juju. I’ve tried the Bacalhau cod dish. It’s has to be done properly or else it’s going to be a salty feast. Portuguese love their seafoods, cod cakes, grilled octopus, Parrilhada. Most Portuguese here came from the Azores & from Lisbon area so anything from the sea is good. I’ve also tried their Frango (Grilled Chicken) & their specialty the Roast baby pig. The shrimp cooked in beer is also great. What can I say, i love my seafoods.
