Angelina & Maddox Share Movie Theater Moment
Angelina Jolie takes her son Maddox, 6, to see the family film at the Arclight theatre on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The mother-son pair caught a showing of The Spiderwick Chronicles, starring Freddie Highmore, Mary-Louise Parker and Nick Nolte.
After leaving the theater, Mad was seen walking on a water fountain’s edge while Angie held his hand.
Cute cute cute!

MF, kaway & good night to you as well.
thank goodness, it’s peaceful now (i hope i didn’t speak too soon).
#792: FALP: Correction please…GC auditioned for the part but it was Brad who got it instead. He got beat out by the sexier and younger Bradley. He’s admitted it himself.
Alana and FYI
I think you are both correct, now I remember GC and BP I guess auditioned for the part but GC wasn’t offered the part…that makes more sense. Thanks for the clarification.
Thanks to you too The Real Tita.
I knew BAMPZS supporters would know the answer…posters here are good.

#791: ariel, we call it bacalao in the PI and all you have to do is soak it overnight in hot water. Then you change the water the next day. After another rinse, you can cook it. My mom sautes it with olives, Spanish peppers, chickpeas, potatoes and tomato sauce. It’s usually part of the menu all throughout the Lenten season. It was tasty but you get to really welcome the chicken tinola on Easter Sunday like cool water in the arid desert. You can only take so much of dried cod, I tell you.

I think we need a plantation of bawang to banish the crazies/haterbots away. (trying the smilies myself)
BTW, I don’t know why my moniker is in capital letters when I write in small. Strange.

juju. I’ve tried the Bacalhau cod dish. It’s has to be done properly or else it’s going to be a salty feast. Portuguese love their seafoods, cod cakes, grilled octopus, Parrilhada. Most Portuguese here came from the Azores & from Lisbon area so anything from the sea is good. I’ve also tried their Frango (Grilled Chicken) & their specialty the Roast baby pig. The shrimp cooked in beer is also great. What can I say, i love my seafoods.

I’m portuguese. Our fish is great and we do love it.
In my opinion the region where you eat better is on the north, Minho especially.
Although a don’t eat it anymore (i became a vegetarina 10 years ago) here’s some of my favorite:
Feijoada, Bacalhau à Braz, espetada de lulas (squid kebab), a salada de polvo (octopus salad), arroz de polvo (octopus rice), caracois (snails), bolinhos de bacalhau, Arroz de marisco, Caldo verde (Cabbage and Potato Soup), Ameijoas á bolhão pato, cataplana de marisco, porco a alentejana … I’m getting ungry…
The sweets are divine, especial the conventual ones. But the one i most miss as a vegetarian is the “pasteis de nata”. There’s nothing better that a “pastel de nata” with a cofee (bica - espresso strength coffee).
Try some of those if you can.
There’s new cusine, modern, inspired in the tradicional dishes, that is a feest to the eyes and mouth. One of the chefs that does it is Vitor Sobral, he has a site: http://www.vitorsobral.com/
#800: NL, the only thing that works with the trolls is a bastinado or yantoc mindoro. We can always try silver if all else fails.
Thanks for another tutorial, NL. I will now test it and see:
: roll:
#809: ngeeee! foiled again…ok, another one. That’s my favorite, the eyeroll (can we the ROTFL here? I just crack up at that graphic).
: roll :
once more:
If this still does not work, NL I give up.
Hhhhhhhhhi ……my sweet MF…i miss U darling, so glad to see U
before i go, have a good night/day my sweets, will look forward to
receiving the video..OX
Ariel do you live in canada?
#796: night, MF. Did you ever get my thank you for the beautiful Valentine E-card you sent me? You are so thoughtful. Thanks again, my friend.
I had already went to bed but had to get up and take something for my cough.I saw your name ariel,i was wanting to know if you live in canada,my oldest grandson just went to be a minister in high level alberta canada, just wanted to see if you were close to this town.I guess you already went to bed.Peace be with you.
tita, you got it! just don’t forget, no spaces in between. now you can add some spice to your posts as you lambast the trolls. ;)
malaya, try typing your name again, it happened to me before.
TRT & NL, I think we can use the local remedies against the trolls who I think resembles our tiyanak sans the hair….. :)

malaya, nah, that is “cuter”. i prefer the tiyanak na anak ni janice, remember that?
#817: Malaya, the description fits, LOL. Do you think ritzyritz looks like that? One leg shorter than the other? The troll dolls don’t seem to be far off in appearance. They only differ in the hair department. Ours are bald while theirs have the free standing do. Maybe they’re related in some way.
Back to topic…I wish they would attend the Spirit Awards. I can’t watch the Oscars now that they’re not going. No more sense of anticipation. It’s like if you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all. Without them to add excitement to the evening, I’d rather catch up on my unseen DVDs.
#819: I meant, not yet seen DVDs.
I LOVE ANGELINA JOLIE!!! :D

Yep. A baby that turns into a monster.
RE: The Spirit Awards
If they go, the better scenario for me if they’re ready that they’ll announce/confirm the pregnancy there while all the press are present. NO exclusives. I’m hoping People don’t get the exclusives. I think its better if they’re release a statement to the AP or media present during an MIR event.
#822: yeah, but I think they want to keep it to themselves a little longer. It’s like their little secret, so who can blame them for being a little selfish this time around. The time with Shiloh was like a circus with the papz hounding them like crazy.
I’m sure we’ll get lovely pics from Texas like the time they were in NO. Nobody intrudes, just little peeks and pics from a distance. Just knowing they’re having a great time in TX is ok with me…along with little articles and cute vids while they go out in public, like the play time in the park, going to the petting zoo and the trips to the museum kind of outings. Oh, I want the date nights as a bonus too. Not asking much…just bits.
Sorry guys but I gotta turn in. Have another busy day coming. It was nice talking to you, Malaya and NL. To all the ones still on the board, goodnight and have fun.
“Okay my three darlings you’ll stay here with this woman who I’ve hired to be your mommy for the next few hours while I take your brother, my Vietnamese child to the movies and your father goes riding around on his midlife-crisis motorcycle with his underpants showing. Okay?”
