Katie Holmes slips into a slinky gun-metal grey Azzaro gown and presents the Swarovski President’s Award to United Artists Entertainment CEO Paula Wagner onstage during the 10th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards VIP reception held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.
In 2006, Wagner and Katie’s husband, Tom Cruise, acquired a small stake in United Artists. Wagner was named CEO, while Cruise as producer. The deal allowed Cruise and producing partner Paula to run their company and make deals to produce films.

Horrendous! Paula Wagner is way hotter and younger looking than Katie. I am sorry but she is just NOT pretty at all. I don’t see the attraction.

I’m sorry, but Katie Holmes looks like her own grandmother. Her style is appropriate to a woman in her late 50’s-70’s. It’s great style - but it is very, very MATURE style. That dress is fabulous and more than matronly.

She’s a beautiful woman but she should fire her stylist. Honestly! Katie herself has made herself look older with the numerous jobs she’s done on her face. Not bad really but makes her look way beyond her years. And then her stylist dresses her like she’s Jane Fonda . Even Jane Fonda has younger style. Horendous dress.

I don’t think Katie’s bone structure is meant for being ultra skinny - she looks worn down - a little more weight and she should be her old self again - eat up Katie!
That dress and the hair make her look much older. Paula Wagner looks like a promiscuous teen next to her.

Sorry, but this dress is way too old for her!! It’s not flattering to her in any way, especially not the color!! Don’t get me wrong; it’s refreshing to not see boobs hanging out for a change. But she has a beautiful figure, and it’s totally lost in this dress!

Pretty sad when you have Katie here at 29 yrs. old looking 20+ yrs. older than her years and you have Joan Collins at 70+ who looks amazing and much more youthful than her~! Awful, just plain awful! I guess this is what happens when you sell yourself to soemone for $$$, fame and fortune… Nicole K. must be thanking her lucky stars that she got “out” when she did…

I am not a hater - just an objective person who has seen a change in this girl FOR THE WORST! Tom has taken a lovely girl in turned her into something unrecognizable. She looks old and frumpy - it is not classy - it is not attractive. You would think with all their money, they could afford a halfway decent stylist and hairdresser. I used to think she was pretty but that was in her Chris Kline days before she was taken over by the alien midget!
