Katie Holmes slips into a slinky gun-metal grey Azzaro gown and presents the Swarovski President’s Award to United Artists Entertainment CEO Paula Wagner onstage during the 10th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards VIP reception held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.
In 2006, Wagner and Katie’s husband, Tom Cruise, acquired a small stake in United Artists. Wagner was named CEO, while Cruise as producer. The deal allowed Cruise and producing partner Paula to run their company and make deals to produce films.

I don’t think she’s any thinner than Nicole Kidman.
I am not a hater - just an objective person who has seen a change in this girl FOR THE WORST! Tom has taken a lovely girl in turned her into something unrecognizable. She looks old and frumpy - it is not classy - it is not attractive. You would think with all their money, they could afford a halfway decent stylist and hairdresser. I used to think she was pretty but that was in her Chris Kline days before she was taken over by the alien midget!

Her chest looks strange in this get-up. Bumpy in the wrong places, flat and pointy in the wrong places.
I agree — this is a dress for an elderly woman who is trying to cover up her body.
Katie Holmes is just plain weird to even be in this relationship, and she shows her weird taste in the awful clothes she wears.
p.s. i do love the dress…..just not on her odd body.

I think everyone’s just sad to see the Katie Holmes we know and love; the vibrant, quietly fiesty, alive Katie Holmes disappear. At least I am. She’s still beautiful. We just want our old Katie back. The one thats not playing at being a glamorous worldly woman. The simple pretty curvy woman. Maybe TC is not to blame maybe Katie just thinks, he prefers her to look this way and he …well who knows aout these relationships! i’m tired!
