OlderBrad & Angelina’s Double Date
Brad Pitt and mom-to-be Angelina Jolie grab a late night bite to eat in Brentwood, Calif. on Wednesday.
Brad, 44, and Angie, 32, were on a double date with director Clint Eastwood, 77, and his wife, Dina Ruiz. (Clint is Angie’s most recent director in The Changeling, which wrapped up back in November.)
According to “Jefe” at zimelela.net, Brad and Angie were over an hour late for their reservation.
He says, “… just a sighting of Brad Pitt. With Angelina Jolie. And Clint Eastwood. They were over an hour late for their reservation at the restaurant we had just finished eating at, and thus got turned away. They handled it very well, casually walking out and [went] across the street to a mid-market Italian joint.”
The Changeling is set for a nationwide Nov. 7 release. Check out stills from the movie here.

Wrong! You, whoever you are, know nothing!
We like Angelina’s movies, and look forward to seeing the next ones. We like the fact that she has adopted three kids, so far, that she spends time as a goodwill ambassador, like many others, and that she does not lead a shallow Hollywood life like so many of the other stars, and obviously we like that she is happy with Brad Pitt and their four (five soon?) kids. Her relationship with her father is her business, nobody else’s. It certainly doesn’t interest me.
Defending Angelina has more to do with the lies that loosies (a new term for haters) post than with Angelina. We just don’t like to see lies. Some people make up things that they can’t back up.
What is puzzling to me is that it seems to annoy loosies that Angelina has fans. We certainly don’t care that there are people who hate her. That is your right. There are always opposites. You know, hot and cold, north and south, good and bad, fans and haters… There is room for everybody.
Let me add that we, her fans, know that Angelina is not perfect. She is just like you and me and everybody else, except that she is a famous movie star, and movie stars have fans and haters. It’s normal.

Its from Radar Mag, they investigated. Just want to put it here, coz I really think GS is in competition with Brad, he is no mr. nice guy. I bet he was also repsonsible for what Warner Bros did to TAOJJ, it was in competition to his movie Michael Clayton. He helped killed it. He is desperate to make a huge opening to prove that he can do it solo.
I hadn’t really given much thought to whether or not Porgie himself had a hand in WB tanking AOJJ, but what your theory wouldn’t surprise me in the least if it were true. There was something seriously fcuked up with the lackluster effort put forth by WB for promoting a movie starring A MAJOR MOVIE STAR. Even if it was an “art movie”. If it were Depp or Clooney or Cruise? They’d have spun their little heads off. Look at the publicity for Sweeney Todd. I’m not sure which studio released that, but they knew that film wasn’t going to appeal to a ton of people and they still did all they could to promote it. Granted AOJJ didn’t have a lot of throat-slashing and blood dripping all over everything, but the movie itself was was a work of art and should have been promoted to the max.
So many thanks for that article on Porgie. Some of it was stuff that I knew, some stuff I didn’t - like the egging of Kenneth Turan’s house. Porgie is a small-minded, vindicitive person and if he ever in any way thinks he’s got more power than Brad and Angie, then I wouldn’t be surprised to see him turn on them. But right now…Porgie knows Brad and Angie will outtrump his play any day of the week. My only complaint about that article is that the reporter didn’t feel the need to explain WHY the GNAGL producer (Simon Franks) was macking on Porgie’s “date”. IIRC it was yet another of Porgie’s “working girls”. Why wouldn’t the guy think he could pick her up? Everybody and their dog in HW knows that Porgie dates “professionals”. If RADAR was going to do the story at all, then they needed to do it right. Call a spade a spade and be done with it. Don’t be vague about it. Go ahead and bust another Porgie-bubble for the MVM who are too dense to figure out why Porgie’s women always look a little hard and a lot used.

The anti fans still use it regularly on Soapzone. I stopped watching regularly but I still catch it every 2 or 3 days. It’s mobville 24 / 7 now, with a little bit of hospital thrown in. They’re wasting my favorite couple who happen to be two doctors, so good luck if they get any airtime. Don’t get me started on Slimey Jr. parading around town trying to be his father. Upbeat storyline all around, considering the times. Not.

I really didn’t keep up with GH at all when I stopped watching…are you saying that Sonny’s kid has been SORASed to the point where he’s now involved in the mob? (SORAS = Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome) If so, ROTFLMAO! Maurice Benard must love that. NOT. Don’t even let me get started on him. Our other nickname for him was “Lithium Boy”. We positively couldn’t stand Sonny and once we found out that Maurice Benard was M-D…fuhgedaboutit! (M-D = manic depressive aka BritBrit disease) After that he went from Slimey to Lithium Boy. Also - Slimey & Emily Q? Are you effin’ serious? I remember when that character came on the show and she was played by 12 year-old Amber Tamblin! YUCK! That’s just wrong on so many levels!
BTW - Please tell me that the Slimey/Braindead (Brenda) fans have FINALLY given up waiting for Vanessa Marcil to return to the show? I honestly don’t know which was worst - the Slimey/Braindead fans or the Wax/Braindead fans. I couldn’t stand either couple and it was always hilarious to read the posts of the Slimey fans bashing Wax and vice-versa. Those threads used to be hilarious.
PS - Are Tony & Boobie (Bobbie) and Alan & Monica still on the show? With the change in direction the show took - from drs/nurses to the mob (for which they are reserving a special corner of hell for Jill Farren Phelps, the beeyotch producer responsible for that) - I know they deep-sixed a lot of the older actors who where playing the drs/nurses because of budget cuts by ABC (they own all their soaps) They had to down-size the cast, so I’m not sure who’s left.

Unfortunately for you, this just proved who classy the JPs and Eastwoods were…they did not put up a tantrum (like most so-called stars would do) nor did they insist on being seated anyway. They accepted it graciously instead and simply opted to go to another restaurant. At least one restaurant gained from this non-incident and increased their patronage. This is how people with manners and class react.
So take a lesson, troll…you only highlighted their good side, not their bad! :lol:
