Jennifer Lopez Welcomes Twins — It’s a Boy AND a Girl

Jennifer Lopez, 38, and husband Marc Anthony, 39, are the proud new parents of fraternal twins, a boy and a girl.

“Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon,” J.Lo’s manager Simon Fields tells People.

The babies were born at 12:12 a.m. at North Shore University Hospital in Long Island, N.Y. The girl weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz. and the boy, born just minutes later, weighed 6 lbs.

The twins are the first children for Jennifer. They also join Marc’s children from previous relationships — Arianna, 13, Cristian, 7, and Ryan, 4.

People reportedly shelled out $6 million for the exclusive rights to publish the twins’ pics in the United States. OK! magazine will run them in their 15 international editions.

Congrats to the happy couple!

CONGRATULATIONS Jennifer and Marc. OMG they are so lucky. Ive always wanted twins. They are gonna be so beautiful. I wonder what they’ll name them. I don’t think they’re selling their baby. It’s too mean to say that. I mean if i had a baby i would want the world to see it. 6 million dollars that is a tremendous amount of money for baby pictures.But its so worth seeing it. I love you guys and im sure youll raise them perfectly. They’re gonna make great parents.

If Marc had truly loved his wife, and if he had truly been devoted to her and their marriage, no other woman in the world would have been able to tear him away from her. A man doesn’t just stray for no reason…….there had to have been something missing at home.

A very, very big Congratulations to Jennifer and Marc. How wonderful, that she has wanted a baby for all these years, and now she finally has not one, but two. Congrats JLo!

Why would anyone pimp out pictures of their children? I don’t care if they give the money to charity - I find it disgusting.

Some celebrites keep their children away from the paps as best they can - but people like Marc & Jennifer and Tomkat are media whores.

Hope they give the money to charity then it makes all the senses in the world why to profit off of pics. If not then just greedy.
They know we want to see a glimpse of their bambino’s and no we don’t want the papz hounding them so okay sell the pics and give to fav charity ..sounds good
that way everybody is happy. or most.

Great. Jennifer is 38. She got two babies at one time (a boy and girl at that) and doesn’t really need to have any more. She did not get nearly as overweight as I expected her to. She stayed smaller than Salma Hayek, which is good since Jlo use to be chunky a long time ago.

I’m so proud of her. Marc is a keeper. I think this is the family she was meant to have. God bless them.

I am so happy! that there are moms who labors boy and girl, a very justiable level of life when you are the most luckiest person on earth. When you gave each other first and you including me in the future to labor both. So, happy to see us both in the future too. for 9 months. I really need my enivronment there and friends too who have the same case as mine. I love you all and most especially to my elders who gave us all the love in the world.
