Ne-Yo Arrested For Reckless Driving

R&B singer Ne-Yo (real name: Shaffer Smith) was arrested Tuesday in Cobb County, Georgia for reckless driving and for not having a valid license.

Says TMZ, “Maybe he was rushing to the Hair Club for Men. WTFs up with that receding hairline! So THAT’S why he wears hats all the time.”
