wow, I love hose some racism is broad casted for the whole wide web to see. I don’t find it funny at all.

I am white and find this very offensive. But I think it would be offensive regardless of what race is put in the title. But it’s okay to make fun of white people in today’s world. It’s more of a fad actually, you’re not cool if you don’t make fun of white people.

I wonder if it was another ethnicity besides white if their would be a big outrage about racism on the internet.

im white, and yeah this is offensive. not all people like the same things. why is it that white people are always called *******,*****, or whores. everyone thinks that white people think their better than anyone else. and were not!

Actually some of that stuff is pretty funny. It’s meant to be a joke people. Apparently, white people lack a sense of humor also LOL. I’m just kidding. The thing is, if it was about a person of color people would be laughing.

Now you see how it feels to be stereotyped. It doesn’t feel good now does it? Lighten up

I am a white, educated professional and:
I do not know who Mos Def is.
I love plays.
I hate sushi.
Never even considered Obama’s “black” ancestry until somebody (well, the media) told me to.
I’m probably as diverse within my culture as any other person is within theirs. Why is it that only “whites” are called on to be diverse, while it’s okay and even encouraged for other cultures to maintain theirs?

I find this kind of thing very petty and tiresome…as you can see, their “profiling” of me pretty much failed.

Being stereotyped sucks now doesn’t it? Now you get to see what latinos, blacks, indians, asians etc have to go through. I mean you see it and hear about it, but you’re never on the receiving end of it so you don’t know how it feels. Well now you do.

I am white and I just find this amusing. But if other races can get so deffensive when a joke is made about them that is stereotypical, then so can us white people so I understand the people that come on here and are offended.

Personally, I think it;’s funny and am taking it lightly. Good post JJ! Haha.

i agree with my girl, jayne! the sad thing is that yes, there are stereotypes,(we are all guilty for acquiescing), but ALL cultures get stereotyped. it can either be funny or hurtful - sometimes it’s funny because it’s just plain TRUE! we have to learn to laugh with people, not just at them, though most of all at OURSELVES. it’s when you’re guilty of something that you’re most offended by it. the same people that are shouting “i’m not racist-this offends me!” are the same folks that show their “true colors” behind closed doors, or when they get mad. and all you road-ragers know EXACTLY what i’m talking about!

No one would be lauging if this were aimed at another race. Being white doesn’t make you predictable, and it sure as heck doesn’t make you like sushi (I’d rather eat broken glass).

To say a white person would back Barack Obama because they don’t want to be thought of as racist is insulting to him as us. Could we, possibly, maybe, perhaps, appreciate what the man stands for and against?
