OlderJon Stewart Jokes About Angelina Jolie
During one of his monologues, host Jon Stewart poked fun of pregnant Angelina Jolie.
He said, “Earlier, I mentioned there were two very famous quite pregnant actresses here tonight. Actually, I was incorrect. I’ve become aware that there’s a third. Jessica Alba is pregnant, Cate Blanchett is pregnant and Nicole Kidman is pregnant.” (Nic wasn’t in her seat, so they flashed a still image of her. She was there was on the merlot carpet, though.)
Continuing his joke, Jon gave out an imaginary Oscar: “The baby goes to…. (drumroll) Angelina Jolie. On my god, Angelina Jolie. I’m just stunned. It goes to Angelina Jolie. That’s terrific. Obviously Angelina couldn’t be with us tonight–it’s tough to get 17 babysitters on Oscars night. I’ll accept this baby on her behalf.”

Fine … freedom of speech … agree to disagree …the Voltaire quote … etc, etc.
In my opinion, there are the JP lovers and the JA haters as muc as there are JA lovers and JP haters.
The lovers simply love and adore their idols, share in their happiness, love to read comments lovely and loving coments from other fans and and pray for their idols’, fans’ and everyone’s well-being.
The haters hate everyone except their idols, hate everyone who says anything against their idols, hate everyone who disagrees with them, and they like to stoop down to the levels of other ignoramus haters by thinking that only they can defend their idols from harsh attacks.
Do you believe in an eye for an eye or do you believe that love is the answer to all the ills and evil of this world?

Hi there, I am assuming that this is directed to my post? Well, if it is, i stand by that quote. Everyone here has the right to post their opinion, observation,, perception, ect, ect. Having said that, once it is posted, expect some kind of feedback-positive or negative. This blog is not a group think as you know, so we just need to agree to disagree.
Do I believe in an eye for an eye? It all depends. Do I believe that love is the answer to all the ills and evil of this world? I would like to think so, but is it a possibility? I don’t know.
Am I a hater or am I lover? My posts speaks for itself. The fact that you can’t tell if I am lover or a hater is prolly becuz my post is not memorable and boring. Also, I seldom post and mostly lurk
All I’m saying is that sometimes I don’t agree with some of the post, the tone, the contents, but I do believe that everyone has the right to post unless JJ deemed the post offensive. After all, he owns the blog and the ultimate decision to allow a post is his. I am not taking sides on this debate or argument, I just simply believe in freedom of speech. I meant no disrespect, and hope fight between fans can be avoided. in the future.
I think his joke would have been cute without mentioning JA, CB and NK. It could be unpleasant to be mentioned like this, and NK was in a good position not to be there and have her reaction displayed… For them, their kid is the best in the world and it should be so… The roles come and go, the kids, on the other hand… I would have used her name in another way, without risking to offend other celebrities…

i wished angie was there….she looks awesome on the red carpet along with brad. anyways, congrats again on her pregnancy. the clip was hilarious, love how angie still got ‘recognition’

Helena we know you don’t like Angie,and probably even like Aniston more than her but probably you are not her fan too.and you can care less about this triangle but it is obvious that you don’t like Angie and please for the love of god don’t act or respond like you do,because there is NO thread in whole JP’s thread which JJ posted and is posting which in it you told something without insulting their fans,JJ or even telling something against Angie.there is no thread with such a comment.you don’t like her as much to even told how much you are happy that she didn’t get nominated in Oscar while I’m kinda sure you have not even seen all Oscar’s nominated performance or Angie’s.but you told you are happy she didn’t get nominated.

Does anyone know why Angie wasn’t happy at ISA?she was happy while she was with her fans and was waving to them but when she was sitting with Brad during the show,she wasn’t looking happy at all.they were not as much lovely dovey as they used to be in their show.they hardly even touch each other.
and I saw the video of them when they were out with Clint and his wife and while they were in doorway,Brad was talking to someone else and was not even looking at her.I don’t know where US weekly’s saw them kissing but in the video they were not even contacting with each other.
I know couple fight and disargue with each other sometimes and it is life and they are just like other normal couple but I just want to see them kissing and being passionate with each other.

how many pics have you seen from Independent award while they were inside?since I didn’t see alot.just afew pics and in most of them she is smiling and she is happy and the reason why you think they weren’t all that lovely there is because you didn’t get alot picture of them from inside unlike CCA and SAG where there were many picture of them inside the show.I’m sure they were as much lovely to each other as they were in other awards.

Damn, the Oscars were boring as HELL!!!Did anyone else notice how Angelina’s name was mentioned like 3 or 4 times,yet she wasn’t there.Also GMA is showing comericals for todays show about the Oscar parties and they have Angelina and Brad in the promo.Why?They didn’t attend any parties.People sure love to pimp this couple to get ratings don’t they?
