I really don’t care for Zhang. She needs to polish her acting skills instead of polishing her gold-digging charm. She is very much disliked in China. How she arose to fame is luck, timing and a face that caters to Westerners’ taste, especially the taste of Western Asianphilia men such as this Jewish media tycoon - he’s alledgedly the biggest individual share-holder of Times Warner. Alledgedly, he gave her a big casting package that started with the leading role (her first-time ever leading role!!) in Geisha and many more to follow in the next years. So go figure why she is dating him. This is not the first time she’s been able to use what she’s got to get what she wants any way. She’s absolutely a very polished gold-digger. Chinese hate her and most Chinese cannot understand why she’s chosen over and over again by Western media as the “most beautiful” or “most influential” actresses out of China. She’s more famous for being Cosmetic spokesmodels and constant gossips with high-power men than her acting.
