Not the Brightest Bulb in the Cake Box…

A cake decorator at Wal-Mart flubbed pretty badly. S/he wrote on this custom cake:
Best Wishes Suzanne
Under Neat that
We Will Miss You
Haha, get it? GET IT?? Thanks, Vicki!

Okay , so this is how this conversation went:
Wal-Mart Employee: “Hello ‘dis Walmarts, how can I helps yous?”
Customer: “Yes, I would like to order a cake for a going away party this week.”
Wal-Mart Employee: “Whatchu want on da cake?”
Customer: “Best Wishes Suzanne.” And underneath that “We will miss you”.
Enough said!
haha. how very sad.
for those that didn’t get it..
imagine someone calling the Bakery Dept. with instructions.
“Hi, so what would you like the cake to say?”
“‘Best Wishes Suzanne.’ Underneath that, ‘we will miss you.’”
ah, so painfully sad.

Agreed. This is as old as teh internetz.
HAHAHAHA. HILARIOUS!
Omg so SO SO great! idiot
so he/she screwed up doubly? first writing the middle line…and then writing “under neat?” or were either of these things intentional and meant to be funny?
I actually think that both misspelling ‘underneath’ and making it two words is worse than just including it. That’s really where the moron title is earned.
This is what happens when immigrants don’t have to take an English Test to work, get a greencard, visa, etc..
I know you don’t need to be a college graduate to work at walmart, however, you would think they would hire someone who could understand english..
i diddnt get it till people explained…thanks.
hmmm funny.
i am boring.. is there another channel to tune in
i got this in an email like last week, it was too funny haha
I work in an employment center, and we needed to order a cake for a “Hire a Veteran” event we were hosting. The secretary called a local bakery and ordered the cake…when it was picked up, the cake read, “Don’t forget! Higher Vet!” Wouldn’t you think they’d stop and think before they actually write on the cake?
i don’t get it.
