how long was she single? like 5 minutes!!! admit it hayden, you dumped stephen for milo. afterall, nothing says confidence like a 30 year old dude.
She’s not a woman, she’s a girl. She’s not *that* levelheaded. Is she an airhead? No. Is that a compliment? Not really.
Her idea of acting has been horrible. Maybe it’s that her first *real* exposure came from a soap opera. Whatever it is, she doesn’t have much of a future in Hollywood; not as a respected actress, anyway.
Her ad for Candies is one step below child pornography. She’s the poster child for these younger generations that are all about consumerism and trendy charities.

The ads for Candies were the exact same as every Candies spokesperson right down to the crown that Fergie wore last year so if you are gonna use that against Hayden use it against all the other spokespersons. And what is so trendy about her supporting the save the whales foundation? Whales are hideous looking but she loves them and she even held a conference with John Kerry when most of the ‘younger generations’ as you say probably don’t even know or care who he is.

Lissa- Woman is actually defined several ways, if you’ve actually read the dictionary. While she meets two requirement (of adult age, a female human) if referring instead to the idea not the number. She looks like a child. She acts like a child.
I’ve seen other Candies ads, thank you. And I don’t like any of them. Now, would you like to explain to me how your response was logical? I dislike that she did those ads because they’re tasteless. She looks like a child prostitute in them. She didn’t have to do them, but the reality is she wanted the money and exposure. And while she had control, as do all spokespeople, over what she wore and did on the set of that photoshoot, the sad reality is that passes as sexy for people of her immature mindset.
What is trendy about her supporting the whales? You lack anything approaching reading comprehension, don’t you? Save the dolphins, save the puppies. I just think that a girl raking in the dough from her hit television series, her albums/singles, her endorsement deals, video games and film roles could perhaps put her cash to better use. I love whales and dolphins and puppies too. But you know what is extremely tragic? Almost half of every generation starving to death before the age of 10. Which is a reality for some countries. Celebrities like Angelina Jolie and Natalie Portman have been helping to put the focus back where it needs to be: stopping innocent civilians from starving to death or dying from easily treatable diseases.
Hayden can’t stop whaling; do you seriously think the Japanese were intimidated by her? She’s a struggling television actress from America. She’s not an expert on anything related to dolphins. She’s not a politician or especially educated. And I seriously doubted that her fanbase ran out and tried to save the freaking dolphins after hearing about this.

It’s trendy because it comes across as superficial. Do I think she’ll still be doing this in 20 years? Heck no.
Hayden is only doing Save The Whales because she was asked to be the spokesperson, and she was involved with these organizations before “Heroes” made her the star she is today. Hayden was asked to be a spokesperson for Save The Whales Again!, and I’m quite sure if any other organization asked her for support, she’d go.
She supports Invisible Children, 2 Smart 4 U and various children’s organizations as well. While she may not be as vocal about her involvement in those charities as she is with Save The Whales, she has done work for those organizations. When she filmed “Racing Stripes” in Africa, she visited cancer stricken infants and played with them and made feel special. Someone visisted these boards and told us about how Hayden made her granddaughter’s last hours very special.
I don’t think Hayden isn’t about raising money but rather raising awareness. True, she did auction off her clothes to raise money for the cause, but I don’t think this is one of those causes where money is the solving factor.
And speaking from the perspective of 17 year old male, who has a IQ of 159 (so much for your argument that people her age have an immature mindset), I find the pictures tasteful compared to a lot of other **** (like those PETA ads you mentioned). Hayden has actually said she’d never, ever pose nude. Sex sells, and regardless of what your personal moral standards are, you sometimes have to compromise them to get ahead in this business. It’s a sad truth, but it’s The Truth when it comes to show business. It was true in The Golden Age, and it’s true now. Christina Aguilera hit it big around the same age as Hayden and presented the same type of image during her “Genie In A Bottle” days.
Personally, I don’t see why Hayden gets so much attention. I love her, she’s attractive, kind and charitable, but she’s just a TV star whose personal life is decidedly uninteresting except for a perfectly legal relationship that people like to blow out of proportion.

No, I really do think she is fat. It’s not that she just has some fat in her, she looks a little overweight to me. And I thought this way before I even started hating the tramp.
I actually liked her a little until a little after she started her campaign to “save” the dolphins. I initially thought it was a good idea because my favorite animal has always been the dolphin and I was always sympathetic to the dolphin slaughtering in Japan. But whatever anyone tells you, being cute is NOT a reason to save them. I have always hated how people want to save the dogs and the cats, what about the freakin cows or the chickens? Nope we don’t give a damn about them because they’re tasty! Effin hypocritical humans! I don’t understand how people can want to save the dolphins but at the same time don’t think twice about eating a hamburger. So, sorry, the only thing I see through Hayden’s “heroic” action is hypocrisy.

I hope you only use that excuse to back up other people’s actions and not your own. 3 months is enough time to “breathe” for only, I’m sorry, a *****. I’m not saying she’s a *****, I’m just sayin’. Hayden and Stephen dated for a year, or for how long? Either she’s really stupid to have stayed with the guy she hated for that long or she has no heart. It doesn’t matter if I was the breakup-er or the breakup-ee, it would take me much longer to get over a guy I dated for a whole YEAR than just 3 months. And let’s not forget that it is only 3 months until the Press knew about it. Unless you’re freakin Hayden (and I have a feeling that may be), how would you know?

And, I agree. I also thought wtf when I read that. I, too, concluded she thought highly of herself from this statement. It only takes so “much” confidence and trust if only the “someone like [her]” were pretty. And I don’t think she would have said that unless she thought she was pretty. Ask yourself– would you say something like that about yourself? “Oh you have to be secure to be with me.” Who the hell says something like that about themselves (except maybe Paris Hilton)?

You said you thought she was the coolest celeb after meeting her. You do also know she is an actress, right?
I don’t think it’s much of a “risk” for her to be actively involved in the campaign to save the dolphins or whales or whatever because she’s a public figure. Is there anything in her past that showed she “obviously cared” for these mammals? Was she in numerous protests before? or has anyone ever said “yes, Hayden has always loved dolphins. It has always been her dream to use her power to better their lives?”
FYI: My hatred grew after Milo and Hayden were official to the public. I really think Hayden’s just going out with him for the publicity… or, at least, she thinks it’s a total plus to the relationship. And God, don’t even get me started with Heroes. Second season sucked so bad! I blame my brother for getting me into the show. The last episode — omg her acting was so bad. The script was bad but she could’ve made it better if she were a good actress… no?

Secondly, I was referring Hayden was broken up with Stephen for 3 months before she went with Milo. What I meant was 3 months was enough time for Hayden to get over Stephen and move on. Frankly, I feel it’s too much to spend getting over that jealous bag of suck that is Colletti. As for why she stayed with him for so long, who knows? Maybe she was afraid. Stephen did show abusive tendencies. As for the “secure,” she want someone with confidence. No big deal.
I still say you’re blowing that quote out of proportion. I don’t think Hayden was referring to her looks. I think she was referring to the fact that Stephen was jealous of her success and the fact that he was angered that she was around other men.
Hayden did participate in other protests. In 2003 (when she was 14), she was appointed as an ambassador by The World Conservation Union. Last year she endorsed 2 Smart 4 U and still advertises it on her MySpace.
The Halo thing isn’t fake. They’re in love. They wouldn’t have been keeping it a secret for so long if it was fake.
There’s nothing wrong with her saying she wants a secure person to be with her. If you date a celebrity you have to be secure because of all the time you will spend apart and all rumors that the media will make about you and about your relationship.
Well, I would never show you how I look because I don’t expose myself to the internet. I’m not anorexic, I would consider myself healthy-thin. Fine, Hayden’s not fat. She’s just “not thin.” Hayden doesn’t look it in some pictures (graphic-editing can do wonders), but if you look at her in Heroes or candids up close, her arms are pretty flabby (filling up the whole sleeve). Maybe she lost weight recently though, who knows? And I don’t support anorexic people or support that skinny is beautiful. But I also don’t support fat people. Fat means you’re lazy.
Yes, I see what she was could have been trying to say (you’re not her, you can’t correct what she specifically said)… but she should’ve word it as “to be with someone who is constantly in the light… (a celebrity).” I also understand that she didn’t want Colleti to look bad, so she had to choose her words and as a result, may not have explained what she meant in the best way possible. If she were smart, she wouldn’t have described the situation so poorly that so many people could interpret it in a negative way.
I googled and didn’t find any results on Stephen Colleti being abusive. Maybe I missed out on the headlines, but I don’t see how I couldn’t easily find it through google. An abusive boyfriend of a celebrity should be celeb-gossip-worthy. I’ve never read a reference to Colleti and his abusiveness either.
I still say 3 months isn’t enough time to get over a guy you dated for an entire year. If he was abusive or overly jealous, she should’ve done something in the beginning. Why wait until a year’s up? And if this “side” of him that you claim he has exists, then she could’ve just said “it didn’t work out,” rather than some BS line like “I wanted to be single at the time.”
Angelina Jolie is sympathetic to the homeless and the guys in Iraq, etc. Celebs do things like this all the time. But what can Hayden Panettiere do that will be unique from them? Save the dolphins!
I apologize for my assumption that she was not involved in such campaigns in the past until recent. I just went on a limb and guessed. But I’d still have more respect for her if she were a vegan.

You aren’t giving up “everything” in your life to become a veg. I understand that not everyone can be perfect, but if you love animals, that should be the easiest thing to do in your life. Ah, the typical photo-with-a-starving-African-child bit. Everyone from Keira Knightley to Sharon Stone to Leonardo DiCaprio to Paris Hilton or whatever that vapid blonde’s name is, has done that. Do you know how many of them kept it up? Not many. Oh my god. Did you actually type that? “I have an IQ of 159″? Seriously? Sweetheart, if you actually have such a high IQ I’m sure I don’t have to inform you that while that would suggest you are intellectually gifted, it says nothing about your emotional and psychological maturity. Some geniuses have been noted for their child-like mindset. (Though 159 wouldn’t really qualify you as a genius.)
Secondly, saying that the Candies ad was more tasteful than the PETA ad is like comparing crap to diarrhea. It goes back to my earlier comment of saying that “at least she isn’t Paris Hilton” isn’t much of a compliment to anyone. Thirdly, if she said she’d never pose nude and she didn’t pose nude, then she hasn’t compromised her morals. The rest of that was pointless, as such.

Quit hating. She’s an amazing girl and she puts herself forward better than any of the other young stars (Hilary, Lindsey, Paris).
