yeh i agree she nothing special as an actress. its kinda sad cuz i think everybody “want” to like her cuz she’s not like the other starlets, nol ****** etc, but if you look at her movies and really just judge the perfromances i don’t think shes that talented, there are worse sure but shes definitely always very fake in her roles. and no im not just talking about star wars lol. goyas ghosts? i mean come one that was really bad and she even got very bad reviews for that. i also thought she was phony in garden state, cute but phoney and her british accents in movies, well come on we all know they dont cut it!

The whole weekend gross is between 8-10 m. That’s actually really good for a February release; tickets sales between January and May are usually pretty low unless there’s some major event like Cloverfield. It’ll probably gross about $20 million.

Who can open a film anymore? Reese WItherspoons films have been hit or miss at the box office. Actually, you can say that about all the so called box office heavyweights (Sam Jackson, Harrison Ford). No one can bring in 20 million just because they’re in the film; people aren’t going to just mindlessly for over their cash because of some actor.

Sara- regarding the box office heavyweight thing: You’re right, no one can really bring in that kind of cash anymore, regardless of their project. That’s why I wish they’d stop cutting actors these $40 million checks. No actor has really earned that kind of money.

Natalie Portman is overrated in both looks and acting ability. Her acting in Star Wars is bar none the worst I’ve ever seen and ruined the prequels for me. She has zero charisma and is incredibly wooden. What a shame that Keira Knightley and Rose Byrne (Brad Pitt’s GF in Troy) both played handmaidens to Natalie as Queen Amidala, when either one would have shown much more charisma and screen presence in the role. She is also a very average looking woman. I’ll give you pretty but she’s nothing special in any way. She is like a poor man’s version of Keira Knightly or Winona Ryder, who are both much better looking.

the average young woman would not go out with someone that much older!!! i am a young woman, and i think older guys are creepy. i always think there is something wrong with them - they obviously are so immature they cant have a relationship with someone their own age, so they have to rob the cradle! only young women who want a cool lifestyle (the $) or have been knocked around a lot by guys their own age (so, as u said, they want a mature guy), or i guess have daddy issues, would go out with an older guy!! If u think 30 is soooo old, what are you (if u are a guy, which i suspect u are, cos even a 12 yr old female will know they are going to turn 30 one day - if they’re lucky!) going to do when you’re 23/30 whatever - keep looking for younger women and then dumping them again when they get older?! thats just desperate and sad!! especially when women over 30 are still HOT, like Eva Longoria, Fergie and Gwen Stefani!!!
I am sure that Natalie will still look beautiful when she is 30 plus!! and if you think she’s ugly a couple of years from now, you should go back to watching hannah montana or other shows with teenage actresses who aren’t half as good as natalie! natalie will still have plenty of fans!!!

I am a 37 year old guy and don’t like women my age who are stuck up, high maintenance and demanding. And most women my age are already
married or have kids.Plus their bodies are ugly, wrinkly and saggy.
So I don’t have a choice but to date younger girls.

Have you ever seen an actual 30 year old woman naked? Rachel McAdams is about 30. Kate WInslet, Rachel Weisz, Naomi Watts…. all of their bodies are far more pleasing to the eye than the bodies of Ellen Page, or Miley Cyrus or whoever pedophiles obsess over.
