Amy Winehouse Battles Skin Disease
Amy Winehouse has bumps on her face as of late because she’s been battling impetigo.
The bacterial skin infection usually produces blisters or sores on the face and hands and is “highly contagious, and scratching or touching the sores is likely to spread the infection to other parts of the body as well as to other people.”
Winehouse, 24, had been prescribed antibiotics to fight off the disease.
YUCK.

Get well soon Amy. That young woman has had so many knocks in life and one of the few highlights of her life, winning the Grammys, and that witch Natalie Cole tried to put a damper on that.

Amy, having a bath will get the, er, muck out from under your fingernails - then next time you pick your nose, you won’t give yourself Impetigo. Oh, and maybe you should also rinse the bong out occasionally…

Amy’s voice is very different from most singers. I love it. Yes, to all those idiots who belittle other people. She did win the awards for her voice. What accomplishments have you lina, sandbitch, and jim done so far in your life? Belittling isn’t one. You guys have very low self esteem it seems.
Skin problems are a common problem with junkies, I guess it has to do with the low immune system thanks to the drugs.

actually you can get impetigo ba going to the gym, it doesn’t only happen to people who don’t wash themselves, I caught it last year when I was in London, it’s horrible and disgusting, I did not know what was happening to me, I’d never heard of impetigo, and I wash myself everyday, I’m a very clean-type of person who takes a shower everyday, sometimes two, but if someone has passed it on to you there’s nothing you can do, you need antibiotics and then it’s gone but your face will have suffered a little. My sister had a shock when she saw me, it was disgusting, it’s also painful when you wake up in the morning you just want to scratch your face
I caught it as well a couple of years ago, it truly is disgusting, you won’t laugh if it ever happens to you.

Impetigo is very easy to get. You can get it from a gym, playground, water fountain etc. A lot of children get it. It’s not like it is a terminal disease or anything–the way the media is talking you would think she had something exotic and fatal.
PALVASHA–if you want to swear every other word–go to DListed or Perez Hilton. One of the nice things about Just Jared is most of the posts are fairly clean. But then, folks who have to swear with every other word, generally aren’t intelligent enough to use non-swear words to get their point across.
