Amy Winehouse Battles Skin Disease

Amy Winehouse has bumps on her face as of late because she’s been battling impetigo.

The bacterial skin infection usually produces blisters or sores on the face and hands and is “highly contagious, and scratching or touching the sores is likely to spread the infection to other parts of the body as well as to other people.”

Winehouse, 24, had been prescribed antibiotics to fight off the disease.

YUCK.

Wait. The reason Amy Winehouse’s cheek was swollen like a balloon was due to impetigo? What a bunch of baloney! Impetigo causes weeping, red, skin lesions, not enlargement of body parts.

Amy is very talented and some of those folks who talk bad about her don’t know anything about music. God does not like ugliness.
