Lindsay Lohan pulls out all of the stops at the Paper Magazine “March Issue” luncheon held at West Hollywood’s Sunset Marquis Hotel & Villas on Tuesday. (Lindsay is the mag’s March 2008 cover girl.)

I think her overall fashion sense sucks. She has no clue in that department and she thinks she is like a fashion icon or something. Please!

I like the skirt, but not with the jacket. I like Lindsay’s hair like this, too.

too bad she doesnt have a father like Jamie Spears to come in and manhandle her situation. She has slidden down a slippery slope and can’t seem to make the right decisions.
