Matthew McConaughey Hangs Ten for Clothing Line

The consistently shirtless Matthew McConaughey is launching his own surf clothing line called j.k. livin - based off of his personal slogan “Just keep livin’” according to US Weekly.

Matthew, 38, will be selling apparel from his site MatthewMcConaughey.com ranging from swimsuits to T-shirts to Frisbees.

McConaughey is a dad-to-be as his Brazilian model girlfriend Camila Alves is expecting a baby this summer.

he doesn’t really surf. At least not that good. He dabbles in surfing once in a while, but he’s no Kelly Slater or anything. I think its kinda stupid and just another celebrity selling out to make more money.

When does he come out with the fragrance? because you know that always comes next…

You don’t have to be a professional surfer to be consider a surfer. I have been surfing off and on since 1974 (since I was 14). I have seen Matt surf. Yes, he is a surfer and I am sure there will be a charity of some sort that benefits from his clothes line.

Arab Aquarius, I couldn’t agree more. He lives a surfer lifestyle and surfer also means “beach lifestyle” and that’s him. He is outdoorsy, laidback, all about comfort and athleticism and enjoying the sunshine and nature.

I’ll bet the clothes are comfortable and easy to wear.

This makes sooooo much sense and probably comes from his wanting to find clothes that suit him and deciding he’d do a line of clothing himself.

Can’t understand why some are being snarky about it, unless it’s pure jealousy and unhappiness with their own lives. Matthew is so obviously VERY happy with his, and very comfortable with who he is. That makes some people bitter.
