Vanessa Hudgens Has “Will” Power
Vanessa Hudgens chats away on her iPhone on the Texas set of her latest movie, Will.
The film centers on a high school outcast and a popular girl who form an unlikely bond through their shared love of music. Assembling a like-minded crew of misfits, the friends form a rock group and perform in the battle of the bands competition at their school.
Earlier this week, for her character, the 18-year-old High School Musical star was seen performing on stage with a Gibson Flying V guitar.

I totally agree. I talked about this earlier and I made sure to send them ANOTHER email regarding their lame ass ‘apology’
It really made me angrier than the article itself. Ughh, to think, that even a normal teen magazine is stooping down to the levels of TMZ. I think the worst part was at the end they’re like, you better watch it or watch out for this girl or something along those lines. Pathetic.
Woohoo! They apologised, not the greatest apology, but still, an apology! One that we can guarantee would never have materialised had we, the dedicated fans, not wrote in our masses to express our disappointment in the printing of this rubbish!

Hi, Narf. At last i,m in my girl’s dorm. Spending the last few days with her. It rained for the 2nd time in my 3 week stay. Had some yummy food and desserts here. Am bringing back some salami and noughart and other food stuff.
Vanessa as always has my blessings in whatever she does no matter how minor her role. Some people just can’t bear the thought of her keeping her nose clean, pardon my expression. Jealousy is a destructive emotion. Spreading untruths for the fun of it is just as bad even if it does not affect you.
You’d think a well-established magazine like CosmoGirl would check their facts BEFORE they published gossip articles, not after. Very unprofessional move on their part. And that apology doesn’t even make up for what they did, especially since they try to worm their way out of it by saying they never reported on it.
Bull. S.hit.
It makes me angry that not only did they allow such a huge slip-up to occur, but that they don’t even have the balls to come out and say, ‘yeah, we were wrong’ without trying to cover their a.ss at the same time. Sorry for the use of words, but that really pissed me off. Another magazine to add to the list of magazines that cannot be trusted.

Susanna#156, You are so darn right! CosmoGirl’s apology is downright lame. As the saying goes ‘ The pen is mightier than the sword’ A lot of tweenie posters/readers have latched onto CosmoGirl’s defamous post and undoing the damage done is going to take a lot more than their lame apology.
That’s ok Susanna, let it out! You have every right to vent as you see fit.

I just want to reaffirm what Susanna has said. This glaring lack of Professionalism and responsibility on the part of CosmoGirl demands legal action against them. I hope someone close to Vanessa picks on this and advises her in the right direction.
I have a feeling her taking legal action would lead to a lot more crticism. I’d rather have her come out as the stronger person and show that the lie CosmoGirl posted won’t affect her and won’t stop her from doing what she loves to do. Proving them wrong by showing that she is above all that tabloid junk is the best form of revenge right now.
Me too, I hope Vanessa sues everyone involved for smearing her name publicly.
And as I have said before, the government needs to take a serious look at amending the freedom of press amendment.
This article is just the tip of the iceberg in proof that shows something needs to be done to keep others like it from being published.

How ironic! Someone leaked V’s private pictures, she apologised publicly immediately to her fans without making any excuses and she is still being crucufied for not being a good role model. A so-called respectable magazine like Cosmogirl, who, I might add, caters to the same fan base as V falsely accuses a young girl publicly of something she did not do and does not have the grace or integrity to apologise without making excuses until V’s fans deluged them with angry emails, yet the self-righteous people who still attack V are happy to ignore that.
Who is the better role model? Who better can demonstrate to kids that it takes strength and maturity to say sorry and admit to mistakes? Heck, even politicians and spouses are still learning how to say sorry with grace.
Well, Cosmogirl, V came out tops in this. I’m so happy she did not even acknowledge that she’s heard of your silly accusations and is obviously having a blast in Texas.
Her class and poise is way out of your league and that of your fans. Stick to the Teenyboppers and don’t mess with classy ladies.

I agree susanna. I don’t think that filing a lawsuit against them would do any good. People would just make her out to be some greedy kid, which she is the total opposite from.
I think that she should release a statement to the press that tels them about the wrong thing that happenned to her and how she has decided to act; just not against them but to prove them wrong. I think the best thing that she can do is to keep her head up high and prove them wrong. Show them that she is ten times the person they make her out to be. They tried to ruin her image and she should show the public what kind of magazine they REALLY are and that this has hapenned to other starlets as well and it goes unnoticed every time.
I agree with Susanna as well, it is much more maure on V’s standpoint to not even aknowledge the issue. We as fans and her core group of peeps she trusts know the truth and just like many other accusations she has had to face ( remember the story of her with an older man at a Hollywood party ) this too will disappear and she can just roll eyes and scoff at the BS.

Narf, great minds think alike, what else can I say. Is spring at your doorstep? glad to know you are feeling much better. When your body is stressed out or tired, that’s when you have to watch out as you are susceptable to catch anything.
Sun is out. Have bought 3 sunhats since i’ve been here. It has gone up to 45 degrees c , can you imagine what it’s like!?

The best thing Vanessa can do is ignore this as the media tends to start rumours all the time and she can’t respond to everyone. She should continue to work hard on her films and music and not bother her self with these things. The apology that CosmoGirl gave was really lame but at least they gave one (when faced with loads of angry e-mails from V fenders). She has lots of fans who will stick up for her and CosmoGirl will think twice before they post any crap on Vanessa without checking the facts, I think we scared them will all the angry E- mails.
