Pregnant Angelina Jolie is Flying High

Good for her!!! If I had a pilot’s license I would do it too, of course with the doctor’s approval. Obviosly Angie is very, very healthy, very strong and in good spirits, unlike her lame critics and haters. How empowering—it is great that she manages to keep her own interest alive as well as being devoted to her family. She obviously enjoys being a wife, mother, actor, and also being Angie. Bravo Angie, and Bravo Brad, and thank you for being such a supportive partner. He is very secure in his own person and masculinity that he isn’t threatened by his formidable woman.

Angie looks great!! Glad she can take some time out for herself to do some fun things for herself.

When I lived in Germany I would go on long drives along the Rhine River and look at the castles whenever the pressures of the world were too much to take. Angie flies her plane to get away. It’s her therapy.

This is exactly why Angie said that Brad was more man than any man she had ever met/known. He is secure in who he is and that inner security and strength enables him to be the man whom Angie loves and trusts.

Remember when he was asked at the NYC premiere of AMH how it felt and was to be Angie’s boss, and he laughed and said “Angie has no boss”. He knows her well and loves and supports her totally.

Angie spoke the truth when she said that they began their relationship based on faith in each other that each would be what they hoped they would be, and that that faith has proven to be true.

In a way they have a most traditional relationship, Brad is the man and the Dad, Angie is the woman and the Mom, and the Mom and the kids know that they can depend on the Dad to take care of them, to protect them, to enfold them in love.

LOL at some ‘grown ups’ calling us ‘kids’. I don’t know who sounds more childish than who. And I love how the haters keep having to extend their deadline for a Brad & angelina break up. Don’t hold your breath while you are waiting for it. Actually, DO hold your breath, the world will be a better place without dumb arses like you.

james madison - how does a few hours in an airplane equate to a few months away from your children in Hawaii? What, you never had hobbies that you did alone when your kids were little?

God forbid a mother go to the bookstore alone! OMG! She went to the grocery store! The other day, I saw some mothers having lunch together! Lunch! And there kids were at home with their fathers!

Do you hear me? Their FATHERS!!! What horrible mothers they must be!

shame shame shame. seems like every week she’s off jet-setting somewhere. What’s all this doing for environment, all this jet-setting on private jets? Guess some people just don’t have to to worry about the infamous global warming hysteria. Seems like all the people that rant and rave about it all have private jets.

Gwyneth Paltrow has paid tribute to her husband Chris Martin with a new tattoo on her right thigh.

Gwyneth Paltrow has paid tribute to her husband Chris Martin with a new tattoo.

The ‘Shakespeare in Love’ actress had a tiny C etched on the top of her right thigh at London department store Selfridges’ Zulu tattoo parlour last week.

Gwyneth paid $120 for the discreet body art and appeared “nervous” as tattooist Steve Flannery spent 20 minutes creating the design.

Flannery told Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper: “At first she was thinking about having a tattoo on her arm, but then decided that this might affect her acting work.

“In the end she decided on the top of her right thigh, and joked that Chris would have fun finding it. I asked her if the C stood for Coldplay, but she said it was definitely a C for Chris.

“Compared to some designs I do, this was discreet and subtle, to say the least.”

The couple have been struggling to spend time together in recent months due to their hectic work schedules.

Chris has been busy finishing the new Coldplay album, while Gwyneth has been filming the new ‘Iron Man’ movie in Hollywood.

O’Reilly was discussing the ABC news article about Angelina and the spitzer stuff with two Psychologist. Bill says the article made him a bit queesy. He said something about it being good thing that she adopted three children along with Brad . He said several time when discussing this with two female psychologist that it is intrusive in her private live. The two female psychologist defending the article and Angelina’s past made her fair game to bring up the possibilty that the article raised. Bill brrought up that we all have done wrong things in our youth. He also mentioned that it is not right to pass judgements on someone you don’t know when it comes to things like this. Bill said that this was a good question to discuss, but defended Angelina citing that it is none of our business, intrusive , etc.

Bill O’Reilly defending Angelina? In this instance I put it down to self-preservation. Hasn’t he had at least one sexual harrassment lawsuit filed against him by a former employee? I seem to recall he got all bent out of shape that people would question HIS ethics and HIS past. Nothing like having been the pot to make the kettle not look quite so black.

eddie jones always comes on every Brad & Angelina thread & always critical of Angelina & Brad. As if B&A never done anything good. Give it a rest. So what have you done good lately eddie or should I say georgica, ritzy, bet, james madison or whatever your new names are now?

vickifromtexas @ 03/11/2008 at 11:19 pm justjazz, thank you for your hugs and kind thoughts. yes my dad is sleeping almost all of the time which is better for him because of the pain and the breathing problems. the kindness everyone here extends to me is so uplifting and i tell him about the sweet thoughts and prayers coming his way. he has so many friends and so many people love him and i believe all of the prayer and good will are making this very sad time more manageable.

I am so gladto hear your dad is resting comfortably due to the morphine level. That you have your talks with him . You are so thoughtful and sweet to everybody who gives you words of kindness. Vick you sound alot like your dad when reading between the lines. Being the strong one for everybody else. i am sure your dad knows this about you and is and always has been very proud of the stand you have taken. The long road is a tough road. at times like this.
I am just remembering back to a time i was much like you for being the strong one at a very sad time in my familie’s life.

A mentor of mine came to see me and said “why don’t you go and spoli yourself today or this week. Be selfish to yourself and don’t allow yourself to feel selfish. Just do it.!

I said i can ‘t do that , She said i know you feel that way but you would do it for your kids and the others you are holding upf or right now. wouldn’t you?
I said yes of course if i thought it would help. She said okay pls do it for you this time. It won’t change what’s happening and as we know money doesn’t buy happiness also if one thing we have learned even deeper than before is how our health means everything ..is so important. and money can’t buy our health..
I thought about those words and how can i be selfish at a time like this, This women was /is so wise but this didn’t make sense at first ..
Be good to you was her saying but i never heard her express it in this way telling me to be selfish at a time when my loved ones needed me. more than ever. . But as i told her in the end i would keep it in mind and maybe later. She said.. don’t wait to long again i promise you that you will not be sorry. i have to say she left me kind of baffled.

I soon started to feel drained and remembered what she said about later you won’t care or worry about any of this being selfish . if anything you will be so glad you did.
At the time i didn’t even know what would make me feel good accept for wanting what was beyond my control.

One day I looked in the mirror and saw a tired face with not a smile to be found. so without even thinking things thru i picked up the phone went thru the yellow pages and made an appointment at a spa. Something i never did before. I also got my hair colored and styled and last i bought a new outfit and some things i had needed for a long time. I bought a book i had always wanted about finding peace in my life and some other little things that would only matter to me.

I couldn’t afford to be doing what i did at that time so it was charged to my visa. It wasn’t a drastic change but something inside of me did make me feel good about me . It was so cathartic at the time i was actually amazed at how very psychotherapeutic it felt at a gloomy time. and i would not let guilt or the thought of selfisness slide in as my friend warned me it would but to ignore it. I just kept remembering her words ..You won’t be sorry later.

Hon i am going to ask you to do the same whatever makes you feel better makes you feel good about you right now or if not right now when the day comes when you feel drained . That was just my way .I have no idea what would be your way of feeling good about YOU..Spoling YOU… Not your kids. Not your Mom but YOU.

pls think about it and when that time comes pls again do it for YOU. Be very good to you. and let the feel good feeling own you.

In the meantime we here at JJ’s who think about you often will continue to keep the prayers in numbers sent your way
